Assalamualaikum, how are you all, I hope everyone is doing well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah I am very well. I came today with another new post. Hope you all like it. Today's post is about the qualities of sweet potatoes. I bought some sweet potatoes from the market, boiled them and took some photographs to share with you. A variety of fruits and vegetables are available in the market throughout the year. Depending on the weather and the region you are in, healthy foods should be eaten. A lot of sweet potatoes are available in our country at this time of winter. A variety of vegetables can be cooked with this reddish purple potato.Some people like to cook it, some people like to burn it. But are sweet potatoes really beneficial. Do you have to eat it sparingly because of its sweet taste. Let's know about sweet potato nutrition, health benefits etc. 100 grams of sweet potato contains only 86 calories, 0.1 grams of fat.
