En casa de los Pendelton la noche había sido un desastre para Ty!!!, Lucy no le había prestado la mas mínima atención durante toda la fiesta, como último recurso Tyrone propuso a sus compañeros de la secundaria que jugaran a la botella para ver si la fortuna le volvía a sonreír y volvía a ganar el derecho de pasar 7 minutos en el paraiso con Lucy, pero todos sus compañeros se rieron en su cara, - ¿que juguemos a la botella?, ¿que edad tienes Tyrone, 10? -, pregunto lapidaria la propia Lucy, Ty casi se derrumba por la vergüenza, pero hizo de tripas corazón hecho pecho, -era broma, era broma!!!-, dijo, luego contó un chiste, mientras todos se reían, salió de allí sin que nadie lo notase, afuera ve en su reloj que apenas eran las 10 de la noche, pensado que tendría suerte con Lucy esa noche le había dicho a su Mama que regresaría pasada la media noche.

-¿Que rayos me invento para hacer tiempo?-, se preguntaba el muchacho mientras se montaba en su bicicleta, la casa de los Borrows no estaba muy lejos, ya que no le habían salido las cosas bien, -¿y si le echo a perder su noche de suerte a Jimmy ?-, se pregunto Ty, pero luego lo reconsidero, Jimmy era su mejor amigo no podía torpedearlo, pero aun necesitaba hacer tiempo, así que decidió llegar hasta casa de los Borrows, si Jimmy no estaba haciendo nada con la bella niñera, entraría a saludar y a pasar el rato, Tyrone pedaleo rápido en 2 minutos ya estaba allí, llego por la parte de atrás de la casa, no podía tocar la puerta principal, primero se asomaría a ver, si Jimmy estaba en el sofá con Katy se marcharía, si no daría la vuelta y llamaría a la puerta.

Tyrone camina sin hacer ruido, se asoma al ventanal que ofrece una vista panorámica de la piscina si estas sentado cómodamente en la sala, la tv estaba encendida, transmitían la película de Halloween!!!, Katy y Jimmy no estaban sentados en el sofá, Ty busca con la mirada por la enorme sala, entonces ve Jimmy recostado de una pared, al lado de una puerta, -¿dormido, desmayado?-, Tyrone se pregunta, pero presume que algo malo debe haber pasado con su amigo. En ese mismo momento en la entrada principal de la casa Katy Phelps abre la puerta, se encuentra con unos niños algo crecidos para pedir dulces, y ya era muy tarde.

-¿Ustedes ya no están muy grandes para andar pidiendo dulces?-, les pregunto Katy a los 4 chicos de 14 años aproximadamente parados frente a ella.

-Se nos hizo tarde, ¿Dulce o Truco?!!!-, el gabinete con los dulces al lado de la puerta estaba abierto, ya Dylan y Joshua lo habían asaltado, tomaron los mejores dulces, solo dejaron abandonadas algunas barras proteicas de avena y granola Katy las toma y se las da a los chicos.

-¿Que es demonios es esto, Avena, Granola?, ¿ no tienes algún dulce de verdad?.

-Eso es lo todo que queda, la próxima vez vengan mas temprano!!!.

-SLAAAM!!!-, la niñera les cierra la puerta en la cara, necesitaba regresar para hacerse cargo de Jimmy, apenas se da la vuelta, -ding, dong, ding, dong!!!-, abre la puerta furiosa para mandar a volar a los 4 chicos molestos, pero estos estaban preparados y le lanzan una andanada de huevos y crema batida, sus atacantes salen corriendo entre risas, Katy sale de la casa muy molesta, iracunda, sus ojos antes azules se tornan rojos por la rabia.

-Malditos muchachos, ya vi sus caras, ya se quienes son!!!-, les grita realmente enojada.

-SLAAAAM!!!-, avienta la puerta al entrar, ahora necesitaba asearse, -como odio a los niños!!!-, dijo mientras caminaba por el pasillo, adentro de la casa se encuentra con un inesperado visitante, Tyrone estaba junto a Jimmy, tratando de reanimarlo, pero su amigo no despertaba. Katy lo observa sin decir palabra, -este también es virgen!!!-, piensa, Katy había elegido a Jimmy hace unos pocos días atrás, la tarde que los conoció a ambos en el centro comercial del pueblo, porque era el mas tonto de los dos, pero Tyrone tampoco era ninguna lumbrera y serviría a sus propositos, mejor un virgen despierto que uno dormido, pensó rápido Katy, Ty se voltea y la ve.

-¿Que diablos le paso a Jimmy, esta como dormido pero no despierta?.

-Creo que se desmayo Ty!!!.

-¿Se desmayo, y porque?.

-Cuando llego a la casa se puso muy nervioso, se comió el solo un par de pizzas, no se si seria eso.

-¿En serio? , bueno cuando Jimmy se pone nervioso le da mucha hambre, pero que yo sepa nunca se había desmayado por comer, mejor voy a llamar a sus padres.

-Espera Tyrone, velo bien Jimmy esta dormido, quizás si lo dejamos descansar un buen rato, se recupere por si solo, esperemos un par de horas si no se despierta hasta entonces llamamos a sus papas para que vengan por el.

-¿Y porque no los podemos llamar ahora, quizás tenga una condición medica?.

-Ty, si los llamamos ahora, sus padres vendrán por el, se lo llevaran, tu te iras con ellos y yo me quedare solita en esta casa sin nada que hacer hasta la 1 am que regresan los Borrows!!!-, dijo Katy con su voz mas melosa, mientras a la vez ponía su carita mas angelical, viendo a Ty con sus preciosos ojos azules.

-Bueno Katy no puedo negarte la razón, no puedo dejarte aquí solita hasta tan tarde!!!-, Ty había caído.

-Esa es la respuesta que quería oir, si quieres lleva a Jimmy hasta aquel mueble.

-¿Al sofá?.

-No, no, el otro sillón mas allá, el sofá frente al televisor déjalo libre para nosotros dos.

-Glup!!!-, juega-, Tyrone comenzó a arrastrar a Jimmy hasta el otro sillón, las tornas habían cambiado, y con su mejor amigo fuera de combate, parecía que Katy le estaba dando su gran oportunidad.

-Voy a asearme un poco, luego subo a ver a los chicos y bajo contigo Ty, en seguida regreso.

-Ok, aquí, aquí, te esperamos!!!-, dijo un muy nervioso Ty.
