Greetings Fine Felines and Hoomans of Blurtlandia!

I'm afraid I missed a week of Caturday updates, but we had house guests and there just wasn't enough time for the Hoomans to help me type out a Caturday post.

That's the problem with us cats: we don't have opposable thumbs which means we can't use the keyboard very effectively by ourselves!

On the whole, it's been a couple of quiet weeks around here. Mostly, the Hoomans have been very busy with their "garden" and harvesting things and putting stuff away for winter.

Today it was green beans they were processing and I tried to help as best I could! Tomorrow, they said it's going to be apples they're going to be processing.

I just can't remember them saying anything about harvesting the cat treat tree? Sure, there must be such a thing as a cat treat tree...?

Someone should really fill my dish...

In general, I just like to watch, although when they have green things I like to get in the middle of them and nibble in the corners of them until the Mom-Hooman chases me away!

Another Crypto Meltdown...

Little bit sad to see that the Cryptosphere took another nose dive this past week. Still can't fathom why everybody thinks that Elon Musk selling some Bitcoin is a reason for everybody else to exit the market, en masse.

As far as I can tell, Elon Musk is an expert on building rockets and cars, not on cryptocurrency and financial markets.

Mostly he just seems to manipulate things for his own gain and it wouldn't surprise me if the next thing we see is the market is declining a bit further and then he buys back his entire stake and makes a big profit!

Yes, sometimes this cat gets a little bit cynical!

Meanwhile, we're all doing well around here. Smudge is enjoying her old age; in the summer she prefers to lay in the warm sun and even last week when we had a heat wave and it was 85° (30C) inside the house she still chose to lay in a Sunny Spot whenever she could!

I guess it does her old bones good. And that's okay, we just want her to be happy.

Other than that, I don't have a whole lot to offer aside from some new cat pictures. I hope you've had a wonderful Caturday, and I hope your Sunday will be a great one. Thanks for stopping by my blog!
