Last week, my fur babies received a purr-fect surprise from my daughter and her canine companions. You see, my four feline friends - Fairy, Katya, Jean-Jacques, and Jacques-Jean - call the boiler room next to the kitchen their cozy haven. We also have a friendly ginger visitor who pops by occasionally, but he's still a bit shy. I'm sure he'll warm up soon!
Despite the warmth and cleanliness, I wished I could create a more enriching environment for my furry companions. Unfortunately, finances have been a bit tight lately. With upcoming surgeries for two of my dogs and ongoing treatment for Romashka (fingers crossed for that Bitcoin boom!), we're currently focusing on essentials.
So, imagine my delight when my daughter gifted us a fantastic play area for the cats! It was the purrfect solution for creating a dedicated space for three of the felines at once, especially considering one prefers the top of the heating boiler as his personal throne. I wasted no time fetching it from Kiev.
As soon as I placed it in the boiler room, Jean-Jacques and Jacques-Jean embarked on a daring exploration of their new territory. This morning, I found all three, including Katya, snuggled up in their cozy new digs, looking content and playful. It truly warmed my heart to see them so happy!
