Menu Stir-fried spring onions with chicken
After my family and I went to a funeral, it was time to make dinner. My daughter and I drove to the shop in the village today. It was quite late. There were not many dishes left at the shop. There were not many options to choose from.
Today, it's okay if you make an easy menu, my friends. Because after coming back from the funeral, as I said, my husband's aunt made sour curry with freshwater fish. Today, I didn't have to make a spicy curry for dinner. So I had to find a clear soup menu, such as stir-fried or boiled, to eat with the sour curry with fish menu that my aunt brought me.🥰
My daughter and I bought some vegetables. It was a 25 baht bag. Inside the bag were mixed vegetables, namely spring onions and 2-3 colorful vegetables such as winter melon, carrots and monkey ear mushrooms. So I chose 1 bag of vegetables and 1 piece of chicken. When we got the ingredients, we drove back to the garden house. Let's go into the kitchen.

• Scallion + mixed vegetables 300 grams
• Chicken 150 grams
• Eggs 3
• Coconut oil for frying 3 tablespoons
• Garlic 4 cloves
• Oyster sauce 2 1/2 tablespoons
• Seasoning powder 1/2 teaspoon
• Sugar 1 teaspoon
• Green cap sauce 1 teaspoon
• Fish sauce 1 teaspoon
• Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
• Clean water 2 tablespoons
• Start by washing the mixed vegetables with clean water 2-3 times, then drain on a colander.
• Wash the chicken breast with clean water, then cut into thin pieces.
• Peel the garlic, wash it with clean water, then chop it finely.

How to make
Start by placing the container on the stove. Today, I'm using an electric stove as usual. Then pour in the coconut oil, following the recipe: 3 tablespoons. Wait until the oil is hot, then add the garlic and fry until it turns yellow and fragrant.
Add the chicken and stir-fry slowly over low heat.
When the chicken is cooked, add the eggs. Use a spatula to slowly stir the eggs until they break apart. Stir-fry until the eggs are cooked. (At this point, you can't tell if it's eggs or chicken in the pan.)
Add the spring onions and mixed vegetables. Then season with fish sauce, sugar, seasoning powder, green cap sauce, black pepper and water. Increase the heat a bit and stir-fry everything together until cooked. Then taste and adjust the flavor as desired. You can adjust the flavor ratio as you like. 😍😋👩🍳

To go with this menu, I found a plate of egg color. Then scooped beautiful white rice. I used a mold to press it into the shape I wanted and placed it on the plate of egg color. Then I arranged the food on the table to fit the shape or frame that I wanted. I arranged it several times because I guessed how to make the picture come out beautiful. The person on the side is a difficult job for me. Cooking is easier. Then I had to call my husband to help take the picture.
