It's time to go exercise

At 5:00 AM, I got up, dressed up and got myself ready, and then walked out of the garden house to exercise on the concrete road in the village. Today, the weather is quite cold.
And very cold in my opinion. I wore clothes, long pants and a long-sleeved shirt. Even though I wore them tightly, I still couldn't protect myself from the cold weather. When I started walking and then running, after running for about 1,500 meters, the coldness gradually decreased from my body. The heat started to build up from my head down.
Until I started sweating.
Not long after, the sky began to brighten. I looked at the clouds in the sky and saw that there was quite a lot of fog this morning. This must be the reason why the weather today was so cold. When it was light, I continued running on the concrete road and along the Trang River on the footpath. The atmosphere on the footpath along the Trang River was quiet and cool, with some wind blowing. I was running in that area. I really liked the atmosphere here. In this area, you can see both sides of the canal. On the other side is another village. Currently, there is development along the slings along both sides of the Trang River, making it clearly visible in this area. I have been exercising in this area regularly and I have been looking to the other side every day. Since before the sky had cleared, I saw a woman following a flashlight, watering the plants she had planted in the area. Her house was just next to the river. It was at the same time that I came to exercise. I saw her doing this every day and doing it so regularly that I liked her self-discipline. I consider that woman to be a good example for me. When I run in that area, I can say that I have reached my goal, but I haven’t reached it yet. But it’s time to hurry back to my home in the garden. Today, my daughter went to school as usual.
I jogged until I reached the coffee shop and bought breakfast. This morning at 6:00 AM, I thought that the monks had not yet walked to collect alms. Today, I bought rice porridge for my daughter. I stopped to buy some snacks, sticky rice wrapped in bananas, and grilled sticky rice because I noticed that my husband and daughter for 2-3 days bought some sweet Thai desserts such as Foi Thong, Thong Yip, Thong Yod, and Khanom Mor Kaeng. The taste was quite sweet and both my husband and daughter could not finish it. It must be because they do not like the taste that is too sweet.
Today, I changed to sticky rice.
And I took pictures. After buying breakfast, my husband and I jogged back home. Along the way, we stopped to take some pictures and videos sometimes. When we got back to the house in the garden, it was like every other day. It might be different because of the activities that I had to take care of. Prepared the breakfast that I bought and put on the plate and made coffee for my husband.
Today's daughter's part is rice porridge.
Then prepare breakfast for myself and my mother-in-law. After feeding my mother-in-law, I take care of the housework. Today's housework is washing dishes, cooking rice, and preparing ingredients to make lunch. After preparing the ingredients, I check what ingredients I have today and what menus I can make. Then I water the plants around the house.
When it's time to send my daughter to school today, my husband brings duck eggs and chicken eggs to deliver to the customer because yesterday the customer called to order. This morning, my husband and I walked around the garden looking for eggs. I went to look for duck eggs and chicken eggs where they used to lay eggs, but today there were none. They were left with eggs. My husband and I went our separate ways to look. Finally, we found them. I found many eggs. Both duck eggs and chicken eggs lay in the same place. My husband found eggs outside the fence. This activity was fun. My daughter also helped look for them. She will be the speed booster.
Because it's almost time to go to school, she always tells me to hurry up. In the end, I got 30 chicken and duck eggs. The customer ordered 2 people, so I had to divide 15 eggs each. I put 15 duck and chicken eggs in a bag. My daughter found 3 more eggs, so I got 1 extra light for each person, 15 eggs.
Then my husband took my daughter to school and delivered the eggs to the customer.
Then while waiting for my husband to come back, I watered the plants and planted the eggplants a little bit more. Because it's the dry season now, my vegetables and fruits that I planted around the garden probably need a lot of water. So I turned on the water and watered the plants to the fullest. It's cool and refreshing. When my husband came back to the garden, my husband and I took my mother to take a shower and get dressed.
Then we did physical therapy and let my mother rest. Now I'm planning to make lunch before writing a post. When I looked at the time, I'll write a post first. When I'm done writing, I'll go make lunch and then I'll bring the menu for my friends to watch. Today, I'm going to make pork and winged bean curry. Please wait and watch.

Then I went to feed the parrots. Today I played with the parrots. They were very good at taking care of me and kissing me all the time. While I was feeding them, some of them sang songs. It was a little bit of happiness.
