Hola estimados amigos de #Blurt, espero que esta bién, hoy les muestro imagenes de mis frutas favoritas que compró en los supermercados.

Incluyó muchas frutas en mi dieta diaria, estan recargadas de muchas propiedades como minerales y vitaminas, aquí pude comprar las que mas consumos.

Primero tenemos a las Manzanas Rojas esta nunca me falta en mi semana por lo menos dtres veces a la semana me gusta comerla de manera natural, possee hierro, zinc, vitaminas C y E) y polifenoles.

La Guanabana es dificl encontrarla ya que es una furta de temporada en mi país, es más costosas que las manzanas, esta fruta de pulpa blanca me encanta la realizo en jugos y postres con muchas vitaminas del complejo B, vitamina C; minerales como potasio, magnesio, cobre, hierro, fósforo, calcio y zinc que ayudan a fortalecer el sistema inmunológico.

El Nispero tambien es uno de mis favoritas, Mi vecina tiene una planta y siempre me regala, también viene por temporada lo consumo en batidos, amo la merengada, contiene una gran cantidad de vitamina C, B y A que ayudan a fortalecer el sistema inmunológico. Posee nutrientes esenciales como el potasio, el magnesio y el calcio,

Este festin de frutas son escenciales en nuestro organismo, pues para mi otro blog les hablare de otras frutas que se dan y son consumidas en mi país.
