Hello everyone, today is my first day of exercising. Normally at this time I would be at my garden house and open like to read Dharma. There are only words of the Lord Buddha. Today I changed the time to go for a run with my wife. I started by walking. When I arrived at the garden next to the canal, yesterday I took my pets there, which were cows. I let them eat grass in that area. Before exercising, I stopped by my pets to move them so they could eat grass and drink water first. While walking, I also turned on the live broadcast.
The image in front of me, there were 3 heads in total, I moved 2 to eat grass, but I didn't see the other one, I was a bit shocked, in the end it fell into the ditch, but luckily the ditch wasn't very deep, the water level was about under the cow's belly, so I picked up the calf. I don't know when or where the calf fell, but the calf looked soaked and its face was a bit muddy and soiled, it seemed like it was trying to help itself to get out of the ditch. When I picked it up, it looked very tired, so I took the calf to eat grass under the shade of the tree, I felt very relieved, no longer worried about the image I had seen earlier. When everything went well, I started exercising by walking and jogging on the road in the village.
Today I ran with my wife. After running for a while, about 2,500, I opened this program. I felt tired and sore legs in the thighs. Then I walked. As for my wife, I told her to run first. Then I decided to stop by the white house on the road to water the plants but did not close the exercise program. It was like doing gardening. I watered the durian trees, papaya trees, and flower trees in front of the house. When I finished watering the plants, I walked back to the garden house. I felt tired and tight in my legs. It was probably because I did not exercise by running. What I do every day is gardening. It was probably because I did not smell the muscles. Gardening is relaxing and comfortable. But when running, we have to use our legs and feet to help. And controlling our breathing also helps. I came to get a pole to tie a rope to my head because one pole was broken. Then I walked out of the garden again. The white house on the road and walked to the garden where I took my pets to eat grass. I walked around that area. Then my friend rode a motorcycle past. I talked to him for a while. My wife ran back just in time. Then my wife and I walked back to the garden house. When we arrived, we sat down to rest and drink water. When I'm no longer tired, I open a book and read the Dharma live. Today, I have to say goodbye for now. See you again next time. Thank you for following and supporting me.
Thank you very much.🍃
