How are you today?I hope everyone is happy and healthy. Yesterday at 8:30 a.m., my husband and I took our youngest daughter to a heart hospital, which is a specialized hospital. Today is a day where I am both excited and not at all comfortable. Because going to the hospital means that our body must have a problem, which is definitely something that no one hopes will happen to themselves or those close to them. But when it's unavoidable, we need to see a doctor according to appointments.
Today the weather is very hot. When we arrived at the hospital it was almost 10:00 AM. I understand that we came early but there aren't enough parking spaces here. I believe that many people suffer from heart disease per year. We found parking, which we had to park on the side of the road, about 500 meters from the hospital. We submitted the doctor's appointment form at the counter and then waited in line to be called from the public relations officer. This is a private hospital specializing in heart disease.This hospital is large and clean, with some areas being newly built to accommodate enough patients. After submitting the documents, we waited for the doctor to call us. We understand that between private hospitals and government hospitals, the speed of service may be different. But we are confident in coming to the government hospital. One of the reasons is the cost.
After waiting for the queue card, my daughter was hungry because it was already noon. We had not yet been admitted so we went down to the restaurant on the ground floor of the hospital to have lunch. When we finished eating, we went back up and sat in front of the counter as usual.At this time, there were already fewer patients because the doctors and nurses here were working continuously.While waiting, my daughter sat and colored on the tablet I had brought with her. Until it was time for my daughter to see the doctor.
Upon entering the examination room, the doctor ordered my daughter to take off her shirt and cover her lower legs with a cloth. Then the gel is applied to the chest and an ultrasound is used to look at the heart to see if there are any problems. At first there was only 1 doctor and an assistant. As we continued to check, we then invited two more doctors to help analyze. It was an event that I felt excited and a little afraid because I was afraid of problems that would happen to my daughter. When the examination was finished, the doctor explained to us that. My daughter has heart problems but can be supported for another 1-2 years. The doctor explained that the daughter had a leaky heart and that both heart walls were not closing properly. Another problem with my daughter was that she was underweight and at risk of surgery, so the doctor had us increase her weight by up to 16 kilos.There are 2 types of surgery for her. 1 surgery by using instruments inserted into the front of the leg or surgery on the chest for treatment. The 2nd method may have a percentage of infection which is quite risky. Therefore, the best way is for us to add more weight to the child in order to preserve the front of the legs instead. Right now I feel very sad but every day I will do my best. There were no scheduled surgeries for my daughter this year, so the doctor made an appointment for another year from now, where if anything goes wrong we can go to the hospital immediately. วันนี้เป็นยังไงบ้าง?ฉันหวังว่าทุกคนจะมีความสุขและสุขภาพแข็งแรง เมื่อวานเวลา 08.30 น. ฉันและสามีพาลูกสาวคนเล็กไปโรงพยาบาลโรคหัวใจซึ่งเป็นโรงพยาบาลเฉพาะทาง วันนี้เป็นวันที่ฉันทั้งตื่นเต้นและไม่สบายใจเลย เพราะการไปโรงพยาบาลจะทำให้ร่างกายของเราต้องมีปัญหาซึ่งแน่นอนว่าไม่มีใครหวังว่าจะเกิดขึ้นกับตัวเองหรือคนใกล้ตัว แต่เมื่อหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ก็ต้องไปพบแพทย์ตามนัด
วันนี้อากาศร้อนมาก มาถึงโรงพยาบาลก็เกือบ 10.00 น. เข้าใจว่าเรามาเร็วแต่ที่จอดรถไม่พอ เชื่อว่าหลายๆ คนเป็นโรคหัวใจในแต่ละปี เราเจอที่จอดรถโดยต้องจอดข้างถนนห่างจากโรงพยาบาลประมาณ 500 เมตร เรายื่นแบบฟอร์มนัดหมายแพทย์ที่เคาน์เตอร์แล้วรอเข้าแถวเพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่ประชาสัมพันธ์เรียก เป็นโรงพยาบาลเอกชนที่เชี่ยวชาญด้านโรคหัวใจ โรงพยาบาลแห่งนี้มีขนาดใหญ่และสะอาด โดยบางพื้นที่สร้างใหม่เพื่อรองรับผู้ป่วยได้เพียงพอ หลังจากยื่นเอกสารแล้วเราก็รอหมอโทรหาเรา เราเข้าใจดีว่าระหว่างโรงพยาบาลเอกชนและโรงพยาบาลของรัฐความรวดเร็วในการให้บริการอาจแตกต่างกัน แต่เรามั่นใจมาโรงพยาบาลของรัฐได้ สาเหตุหนึ่งก็คือต้นทุน
