Today, as usual, I have another story to present. Finding Thai restaurants abroad can be a bit of a challenge. But sometimes we can cook Thai food at home as well, although sometimes the ingredients may not be as complete as when we cook in Thailand. But that can also be eaten. Sometimes we want to eat Thai food out when living abroad. Where I live is quite far from the capital and there aren't many Thai restaurants. Some foods we buy and eat are easier to prepare than when we prepare them ourselves, such as noodles, which requires us to prepare many ingredients. If we eat at the restaurant it will be much easier. Hehe, so we stopped by a Thai restaurant even though it was a little far away but it didn't matter. It was good to go out and open our eyes and see the atmosphere outside. Why did you arrive at the store when it was dark? The store was still open for viewing.
When we arrived at the restaurant, the atmosphere was quiet and there was only one table of customers. Looking at the time, it was already around 8:00 p.m. Go inside and enjoy the cool atmosphere with the air conditioning turned on at just the right temperature. The owner's son came to take orders from us. We chose to eat a dish that we don't often cook together, which was Mama waterfall noodles. My eldest daughter really likes to eat them. In addition, I also ordered another dish of large, fragrant shrimp fried rice, which was for my youngest daughter. Personally, I ate a big thick shrimp tom yum with needle mushrooms and a plate of hot steamed rice. We also ordered drinking water, an herbal drink made from lemongrass. Drinking lemongrass juice is a type of herbal juice which has a refreshing aroma if eaten cold, but I saw that the children had runny noses, so I ordered warm water for them to drink instead. We sat and waited for a long time as the food was served one after another in succession. My daughter ate an entire bowl of noodles by herself and my youngest daughter ate half a bowl because they had already eaten some bread and sushi before we arrived. It's been a long time since I've eaten a lot of Thai food like this and I feel like I'm missing home. After enjoying a delicious meal, it was time to pay and take us home because we still had a long way to drive to get home. So that's the end of today's story. สวัสดีเพื่อนๆ ทุกคนค่ะ วันนี้มีเรื่องมาเล่าให้ฟังอีกเช่นเคย การหาร้านอาหารไทยในต่างประเทศอาจจะดูเป็นเรื่องท้าทายอยู่สักหน่อย แต่บางทีเราก็สามารถทำอาหารไทยกินเองที่บ้านได้ ถึงแม้ว่าวัตถุดิบอาจจะไม่ครบเหมือนที่เมืองไทยก็ตาม แต่ก็สามารถกินได้เหมือนกัน บางครั้งเราก็อยากกินอาหารไทยนอกบ้านเวลาอยู่ต่างประเทศ ที่ที่ฉันอยู่ค่อนข้างไกลจากเมืองหลวงและไม่มีร้านอาหารไทยมากนัก อาหารบางอย่างที่เราซื้อกินก็ทำง่ายกว่าทำเอง เช่น ก๋วยเตี๋ยวที่ต้องเตรียมวัตถุดิบหลายอย่าง ถ้าไปกินที่ร้านอาหารจะง่ายกว่าเยอะเลย อิอิ เราก็เลยแวะร้านอาหารไทยร้านหนึ่งถึงแม้จะไกลหน่อยแต่ก็ไม่เป็นไร ดีใจที่ได้ออกไปดูบรรยากาศข้างนอก ทำไมมาที่ร้านตอนมืดค่ำล่ะ ร้านค้ายังเปิดให้เข้าชม
เมื่อถึงร้านบรรยากาศเงียบสงบมีลูกค้าเพียงโต๊ะเดียว ดูจากเวลาก็เกือบ 20.00 น. แล้ว เข้าไปนั่งด้านในก็สัมผัสบรรยากาศเย็นสบายพร้อมเครื่องปรับอากาศที่เปิดอุณหภูมิพอเหมาะพอดี ลูกชายเจ้าของร้านก็เข้ามารับออเดอร์จากเรา เราเลือกทานอาหารจานที่ไม่ค่อยได้ทำร่วมกันคือก๋วยเตี๋ยวน้ำตกแม่กลอง ลูกสาวคนโตของฉันชอบทานมาก นอกจากนี้ ฉันยังสั่งข้าวผัดกุ้งจานโตหอมๆ อีกจานสำหรับลูกสาวคนเล็ก ส่วนตัวฉันทานต้มยำกุ้งน้ำข้นเห็ดเข็มทองจานโตและข้าวสวยร้อนๆ 1 จาน นอกจากนี้เรายังสั่งน้ำดื่มซึ่งเป็นเครื่องดื่มสมุนไพรที่ทำจากตะไคร้ การดื่มน้ำตะไคร้เป็นน้ำสมุนไพรชนิดหนึ่งที่มีกลิ่นหอมสดชื่นเมื่อทานเย็น แต่ฉันเห็นว่าเด็กๆ มีน้ำมูกไหล ฉันจึงสั่งน้ำอุ่นให้พวกเขาดื่มแทน เรานั่งรออาหารอยู่นานพอสมควรในขณะที่อาหารถูกเสิร์ฟทีละจาน ลูกสาวผมกินบะหมี่ไปชามเต็มเอง ส่วนลูกสาวคนเล็กกินไปครึ่งชามเพราะกินขนมปังกับซูชิไปก่อนที่เราจะมาถึง นานมากแล้วที่ผมไม่เคยกินอาหารไทยแบบนี้เลย รู้สึกเหมือนคิดถึงบ้านเลย หลังจากได้ทานอาหารอร่อยๆ เสร็จก็ถึงเวลาจ่ายเงินและพากลับบ้าน เพราะยังต้องขับรถกลับบ้านอีกไกล ดังนั้นเรื่องราวของวันนี้ก็จบลงเพียงแค่นี้ ขอบคุณเพื่อนๆ ทุกคนที่แวะมาอ่านบทความของฉันในวันนี้ ผมหวังว่าทุกคนจะชอบ ขอบคุณที่ติดตามและให้กำลังใจกันอย่างต่อเนื่องค่ะ
