শাশুড়ির মধ্যে আমার পছন্দের একটা শাকসবজি বেগুন বেগুন আমার অনেক ভালো লাগে তাই আমি বেগুনের চাষ করি এবং বড় বড় বেগুন লাগানোর চেষ্টা করি আমি এবারও বেগুন লাগিয়েছিলাম সেই বেগুন লাগানোর অভিজ্ঞতা আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করবে এবং বেগুন কতটুকু বড় হয়েছে কতটুকু ছোট সেই বিষয়টা আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করব কারণ এটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় আমি শখের বয়সে খাওয়ার জন্য একটু একটা হাইব্রিড জাতের বেগুন নির্বাচন করেছিলাম। এই বেগুনটার কালার বেগুনি এবং বেগুন গাছটা বেগুন অনেক লম্বা লম্বা তাই বেগুনটা আমি খুব যত্ন সহকারে আমি চাষ করেছি মুখ খুব যত্ন সহকারী চাষ করে আমি খাওয়ার চেষ্টা করব যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় যেটা আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার না করলেই না তাই আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করছি কারণ বেগুন খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা খাবার যেটা আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করছি। এই বিমানটা হাইব্রিড জাতের একটা বেইমান এই বেগুনটা সবাই পছন্দ করে আমি পছন্দ করি আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করার চেষ্টা করছি কারণ বেগুন পছন্দ করার কারণে আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করা হয় না এই আজকে শেয়ার করছি এই বেগুনটা অনেক বড় সাইজের হয় তাই আমি পলিথিন দিয়ে বেঁধে দিয়েছি যেন বেগুনি কোন পোকা বা অন্য কিছু আক্রমণ না করতে পারে। পলিথিন কাগজ দিয়ে বেঁধে যাওয়ার পর এটা সুন্দর একটা ধাঁচে চলে এসেছে এবং সুন্দর একটা উপায় চলে এসেছে যেটা দেখতে খুব সুন্দর লাগছে এবং খুব সম্পূর্ণ কিভাবে বড় করলাম কিভাবে গাছ লাগিয়ে গাছ বড় করলাম কিভাবে গাছের ফুল আসলো কিভাবে বেগুন আসলে সবকিছু আপনাদের সাথে দেখাবো আপনাদের একটা বিষয় নির্বাচন করতে হবে যেটা হচ্ছে মাটি নির্বাচন গান হাইব্রিড জাতের বেগুন চাষের জন্য মাটি নির্বাচন খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয়। বেগুন বাংলাদেশের অন্যতম জনপ্রিয় একটি সবজি। সবাই বেগুন অনেক পছন্দ করে। আমিও তার ব্যাতিক্রম না। তাই নিজের জমিতে বেগুন লাগিয়েছি।রেগুলার বেগুনের পরিচয়টা না করলে বেগুন ভালো হয় না আমার বেগুনের যে লম্বা জাত। এখানে লম্বা লম্বা বেগুন হয়। এই খাতের বেগুন সম্পূর্ণ ভেজাল মুক্ত এবং ন্যাচারাল। আবার যেগুলোতে জনপ্রিয় না সেগুলো এখানে অর্পণ করা হয় ।গ্রীষ্মকালে সকালে অতিরিক্ত তাপের কারণে ফলনে ঝুঁকি হয় সেজন্য শীতকালে রমন করতে হয়। বর্তমানে কিছু উচ্চ তাপমাত্রা সহিষ্ণুজাত গ্রীষ্ম মৌসুমে ভালো ফলন হয়।বেগুনে ভালো ফলাফল পেতে হলে সঠিক সময় সঠিক সালাম নির্বাচন করে সঠিকভাবে রোপন করতে হবে। বেলে দোআঁশ মাটিই বেগুনের চাষাবাদের জন্য উত্তম। বেগুন চাষের জমি ভালো করে চাষ ও মই দিয়ে আগাছামুক্ত করে মাটি ঝুরঝুরে ও সমান করে নিতে হবে। বীজতলায় চারা গজানোর পর বপন করতে হয়।ভিতরে এমন একটি জায়গা তৈরি করতে হবে যেখানে পানি নিষ্কাশন ব্যবস্থা থাকবে এবং আগাছা মুক্ত থাকবে। আর অবশ্যই সঠিক সময় নির্বাচন করে বীজতলা প্রস্তুত করতে হবে সঠিক সময় নির্বাচন না করলে বীজ বপন এবং সেটা বড় হবে না। বীজতলা তৈরির জন্য মাটি গভীরভাবে সঠিক ভাবে চাষ দিতে হবে। ভিতরে জন্য ছুটির জায়গা নির্বাচন করতে হবে মঙ্গলবার মাটিতে করতে হবে। মাটির উর্বর্তী যদি কম থাকে তাহলে সেই মাটিতে বীজ তোলা প্রস্তুত করতে হলে পর্যাপ্ত পরিমাণে সার কীটনাশক জৈব সার ইত্যাদি মিশিয়ে মাটির উর্বরতা ফিরিয়ে এনে তারপরে পিস্তলা প্রস্তুত করতে হবে। তা না হলে ফসলের উর্বরতা কমে যাবে। ফসলের উপর ভর্তা ভালো হবে না আর ফসলের উর্বরতা ভালো না হলে এসব ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হতে পারে।আমরা যেহেতু কৃষিকাজ বাণিজ্যিক কাজের জন্য বেগুন চাষ করছি না আমরা নিজে খাওয়ার জন্য বেগুন চাষ করছি। সেহেতু আমরা এগুলো পদ্ধতি অবলম্বন করে আমরা প্রস্তুত করেছি এবং তারা রোপন করেছি যেটা খুব ভালোভাবে গ্রো করছে।ব্যবসা আমাদের অনুষ্ঠান মাঠে নির্বাচন করতে হবে এক্ষেত্রে আমি আমাদের যেখানে শাকসবজির ক্ষেতের জন্য নির্বাচন করা জায়গা আমাদের ঘরের সাথে সেটা নির্বাচন করেছিলাম।
আপনি সম্ভবত দেখবেন যে ছোট বেগুন থেকে হাইব্রিড বেগুনটা একটু বড় হয় সাইজে এটি একটু লম্বা একটু বেশি লম্বা কারণ এটি এই হাইব্রিড জাতের একটা বেগুন সেজন্য এটার উল্টোটা অনেক ভালো এবং আমার পক্ষে পছন্দের একটা বেলুন বেগুন এবং যেহেতু খুব পছন্দের একটা বেগুন সেহেতু এই বেগুনটা খুব যত্ন সহকারে আমি চাষ করার চেষ্টা করি এবং খুব যত্ন সহকারে আমি চাষ করি সবকিছু করার চেষ্টা করি যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয়। এই বেগুনটা আপনারও চাষ করতে পারেন বাড়িতে আমার মত আপনারা তাহলে বাজার থেকে বেগুন কেনা লাগবে না আপনাদের আপনারা এই বেগুনের চাহিদাটা এখান থেকে আপনারা পূরণ করতে পারবেন। সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় হচ্ছে আপনাকে বেগুন চাষ করার জন্য শুভ ভালোভাবে সবকিছু নির্বাচন করতে হবে খুব ভালোবাসে চাষ করতে ভালোবাসে ভালোভাবে সার কিটনাশক ইত্যাদি প্রয়োগ করতে হবে প্রয়োগ করতে না পারলে কিন্তু আপনার বেগুন চাষ ভালো হবে না তাই অবশ্যই এটি আপনাকে মাথায় রাখতে হবে মাথায় রেখে কাজ করতে হবে যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় অবশ্যই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়ে মাথায় রেখে আমি কাজ করতে হবে। তাই অবশ্যই আপনি সেটা করবেন এবং সেটা করে এগিয়ে যাবেন বলে আমি মনে করি যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় এবং সেটা করে এগিয়ে যেতে পারলে আপনি অনেক লাভবান হতে পারবেন এবং বেগম খেতে পারবেন এবং হাইব্রিড জাতের বেগুন খেতে পারবেন যে রকম আনন্দের একটা বিষয় কারণ এই জাতের বেগুন একটু বড় হয় এটা খুব দেখার বিষয় দেখতেও বানান সুন্দর লাগে এবং খেতেও সুন্দর লাগে।এখন বর্তমানে দেশে বিভিন্ন তুলনায় এরকম লম্বা হাইব্রিড জাতের বেগুন একটু বাজারে সবাই বেশি পছন্দ করছে তাই আমিও এটা বেশি পছন্দ করি যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় এবং যেহেতু এটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় সেহেতু আপনি এটা করতে পারবেন আমি আপনাকে আগে থেকে বলে দিচ্ছি।
