আজকে আমি আপনাদের সাথে নতুন একটা চাষ পদ্ধতি সম্পর্কে জানাবো সেটি হচ্ছে পিয়াজের চাষ পদ্ধতি আপনারা জানেন আমাদের দৈনন্দিন জীবনের নিত্যানন্দ নতুন বিভিন্ন প্রয়োজনে পেয়াজ কিন্তু অপারেশন পেঁয়াজ কিন্তু প্রত্যেকটা কাজে আমরা ব্যবহার করি খাবার দাবার যেগুলো আমরা তৈরি করি এবং আমরা ব্যবসা করার ক্ষেত্রে অথবা কোন বিভিন্ন খাবার তৈরি করার রেসিপি তৈরি করার ক্ষেত্রে সব জায়গাতে পেঁয়াজের ব্যবহার করা হয়। তাই পেঁয়াজ চাষ সম্পর্কিত নাটক কিন্তু অত্যন্ত জরুরি এবং অনেক জরুরী তাই অবশ্যই আমাদেরকে পিয়াজের চাষ সম্পর্কে জানতে হবে যেহেতু আমাদের পিয়াজের চাষ সম্পর্কে জানতে হবে সেহেতু আপনাকে অবশ্যই এটা জেনে বুঝে তারপরে কাজ করতে হবে যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় আপনাকে পিয়ার সম্পর্কে জানতে হবে না জানলে আপনি বুঝতে পারবেন না কিভাবে আপনি পেঁয়াজ চাষ করতে পারবেন এবং কিভাবে কি করবেন সবকিছু আপনাকে জানতে হবে বুঝতে হবে। যদি ভালোভাবে না বুঝতে পারেন পিয়াজ কিভাবে চাষ করবেন তাহলে অবশ্যই আমরা অনেক ক্ষতি হতে পারে আপনি ক্ষতি থেকে বাঁচতে হলে আপনাকে অবশ্যই এটা জানতে হবে এটি জেনে বুঝে তারপরে করতে হবে। কিন্তু আপনাকে ভালোভাবে করতে হবে ভালোভাবে না করতে পারলে কিন্তু আপনি অনেক ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হতে পারেন সেদিক সেদিকে আপনার মাথায় রাখতে হবে এবং সেই দিকটা মাথায় রেখে আপনাকে কাজ করতে হবে যদি খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় এই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়টা মাথায় রেখে কাজ না করলে অনেক ক্ষতি সম্পর্কে হতে পারেন যেটা যে ক্ষতি আসলে পূরণ করার মতো না।আমি আমার বাড়ির পাশে আমার বিল্ডিংয়ের পাশে একটা জায়গাতে যেখানে ফুলের গাছ লাগানোর কথা ছিল কিন্তু সেখানে আমি পেঁয়াজের ছাড়া লাগিয়েছি খুব ভালোভাবে চারাগুলো বড় হচ্ছে এবং খুব ভালোভাবে এগুলো করছে সেটা এখন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় যেটা আপনাদের মাথায় রাখতে হবে এবং যেটা আপনাদের জানা উচিত এবং এটা জেনে বুঝে আপনাদের কাজ করা উচিত।

আমি কিন্তু পেঁয়া চাষ করেছি এবং অনেক পরিচর্যা করেছি অনেক পরিচর্যা না করলে কিন্তু পেঁয়াজ ভালো হবে না যে আপনাদের অনেক পরিচালিত করতে হবে কারণ পরিচয়দা করা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পিয়াজের ক্ষেত্রে পরিচালিত অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তাই আপনাদেরকে অনেক পরিচর্যা করতে হবে আমি অনেক পরিচালনা করেছি। প্রচার না করলে কিন্তু অনেক ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হতে পারেন তাই যেহেতু ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত যেন না হন সেজন্য আপনাকে অবশ্যই পরিচর্যা করতে হবে কারণ পরিচয় দেয় কিন্তু পেঁয়াজ খুব ভালোভাবে গুঁড়ো করে এবং খুব ভালোভাবে কিন্তু পেঁয়াজ বড় হতে পারে যেটা আপনাকে মাথায় রাখতে হবে। তাই আপনাকে ভাল ভাবে পেয়ার চাষ করতে হবে ভালোভাবে পেঁয়াজ চাষ করে ভালোভাবে সবকিছু করতে হবে যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় এই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়টা আপনাকে মাথায় রাখতে হবে এই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়টা মাথায় না রাখলে অনেক ক্ষতি সম্পর্কে হতে পারেন যেহেতু অনেক ক্ষতি সম্মুখীন হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা আছে আপনার তাইটি মাথায় রাখতে হবে এটি মাথায় রেখে কাজ করতে হবে যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয়। পেঁয়া চাষ করেছি আমি যেন পেঁয়াজ ভালো ভাবে চাষ করা যায় সেভাবে এবং পেঁয়া চাষ করে খুব লাভবান হয়ে যায় সেভাবে আমি পেঁয়াজ চাষ করেছি এবং সেটা আমাদের সাথে শেয়ার করার চেষ্টা করব এবং কিভাবে কি করেছি কিভাবে কোন পদ্ধতিতে সামনে গতি হবে সবকিছু এক্সামিনার সাথে শেয়ার করার চেষ্টা করব যেটুকু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটি বিষয় এই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়টি অবশ্যই আপনার মাথায় রাখবেন মাথায় রেখে কাজ করবেন যেটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সেটা আপনাকে মাথায় রাখতে হবে। পেঁচার সম্পর্কে বেশি আপনাদেরকে জানানো হচ্ছে আমাদের সাথেই থাকুন।

পেঁয়াজ কিন্তু পিস্টার এলাকা জুড়ে চাষ করা যায় কিন্তু আমি যেখানে চাষ করেছি সেটা হচ্ছে আমাদের বাসার পাশে একটা ফাঁকা জায়গা যেখানে ফুলের গাছ লাগানোর কথা ছিল কিন্তু ফুলের গাছ লাগালে লাগানোর থেকে যেটা নিত্য প্রয়োজনীয় জিনিস রোপন করেছি সেখানে কারন আমি একটু কৃষি কাজ করতে পছন্দ করি এবং আমি কৃষি বিভিন্ন পণ্য উৎপাদন করতে পছন্দ করে পেঁয়াজ আমাদের সারা বছর খেতে প্রয়োজন। আমি একটা জিনিস চাষের গুরুত্ব দিয়েছি কারণ এটা নিত্য প্রয়োজনীয় জিনিস এটা সব সময় বাসায় প্রয়োজন হয় বিভিন্ন প্রত্যেকটা রান্নার কাজে পেঁয়াজ প্রয়োজন হয় তাই নিত্য প্রয়োজনীয় জিনিস হওয়ার জন্য আমি কিন্তু এটাই চাষের গুরুত্ব দিয়েছি এবং মনোযোগ দিয়েছি তাই আপনারা গুরুত্ব দিতে পারিনি বা আপনারা মনোযোগ দিতে পারেন অন্তত নিজের খাওয়ার জন্য সর্বপরিষদের প্রয়োজন হয় সে পিয়াজগুলো আপনি রোপন করতে পারেন আপনি খুব ভালোভাবে লাভবান হতে পারেন। এই বিষয়টা মাথায় রেখে কাজ করতে হবে আপনাকে এই বিষয়টা মাথায় রেখে কাজ না করলে কিন্তু আপনি অনেক ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হতে পারেন তাই অবশ্যই আপনাকে এই বিষয়টা মাথায় দিয়ে কাজ করতে হবে যেন আপনি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত না হন এবং পিঁয়াদের সঠিক দিক নির্দেশ করতে হবে কখন পিয়ার চাষ করলে ভালো হয় কখন কোন মৌসুমী পেঁয়া চাষ করলে ভালো হয় বিশেষ করে শীতের সময় পেঁয়া চাষ করলে ভালো হয় তাই আমি শীতের সময় চাষ করেছি এবং কোন কোন সার এবং কিভাবে মাটি প্রস্তুত করতে হয় এবং কোন কোন সবই আপনাদেরকে জানতে হবে না জানলে কিন্তু হবেনা এগুলো আপনি জানবেন জেনে বসে তারপর কাজ করবেন যেন খুব ভালোভাবে আপনি করতে পারেন।

পিয়েজ সম্পর্কে আরো বিস্তারিত আপনাদেরকে জানাবো প্রয়োজনে আপনারা যখন পেঁয়াজ চাষ করবেন তখন উপজেলা কৃষি কর্মকর্তা যিনি আছে তিনি আপনাকে পরামর্শ দিবেন আপনি তার কাছে যাবেন গিয়ে পিয়ার চাষ করবেন এই আগ্রহর কথা জানাবেন জানানোর পরে তিনি আপনাদের প্রয়োজনীয় দিকনির্দেশনা দিবেন সেই দিক নির্দেশন অনুসারে মাঠে প্রস্তু থেকে শুরু করে সবকিছু বিস্তারিত বিষয়ে আপনি করবেন যেন কোন সমস্যা না হয়। তার পাশাপাশি আমাদের ব্লকের মাধ্যমে আপনি অনেকেই পাবেন এবং অনেক সাহায্য পাবেন কারন আমরা এখানে পেঁচার সম্পর্কে রেগুলার আলোচনা করে থাকি এবং রেগুলার জানিয়ে থাকে যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভাবে আপনার জন্য। তাই অবশ্যই এটি আপনাকে জানতে হবে বুঝতে হবে জেনে বুঝে তারপরে কাজ করতে হবে যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় সে বিষয়টা আপনাকে মাথায় রাখতে হবে। আরটিআর চাষ করতে হলে অবশ্যই আপনাকে একটু দিক নির্দেশনা ফলো করতে হবে দিকনির্দেশনা ফলো না করলে কিন্তু ফসল ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে যেন ফসল ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত না হয় সেজন্য আপনি পেঁয়া চাষ করতে পারেন যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয়। এ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়কে কাজে লাগিয়ে আপনি অনেক কিছু করতে পারবেন আর এই প্রিয় গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়টি কাজে লাগালে অনেক কিছু করার পাশাপাশি আপনার কোন সমস্যা হবে না। সবকিছু জেনে বুঝে কাজ করতে হবে ওষুধ জেনে বসে এগোতে হবে জেনে বুঝে না এগোলে অনেক সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হতে পারেন যেমন ফসল ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা থাকে তাই অবশ্যই আপনাকে আমাদের মতো অভিজ্ঞ লোক যারা আছে তাদের কাছ থেকে পরামর্শ নিতে হবে আপনি কোন কিছু জানতে চাইলে অবশ্যই আমাদের ব্লগের নিচে কমেন্ট করবেন কমেন্ট করে আমি জানতে পারবেন তার পাশাপাশি উপজেলা কৃষি কর্মকর্তার সাথে আপনি পরামর্শ গ্রহণ করবেন।
