In honor of this year's Global Recycling Day on March 18, we're inviting volunteers to join us to #PoundTires for the Teken Field Tire Embankment Project from Friday, March 29th to Saturday, March 30th, 2024, at Teken Field, opposite CAMSCI in Mile 4 Nkwen, starting at 08:00 AM.
This presents an incredible opportunity to contribute to the cleanup efforts in Bamenda, gain insights into tire pollution, learn about tire recycling into erosion embankments, and join the ranks of #RecyclingHeroes advocating for recycling as the 7th resource.
Besides being a fun-filled networking and unique learning experience, volunteers will be provided with coffee and lunch, as well as attestation of participation.
