Hello everyone
This morning, I had some errands to run at the market in Mae Sot, the largest market in the area. It's a major hub where small vendors come to stock up on goods to resell in their own shops. After finishing my shopping, I headed back to my sister’s house, taking the familiar route home.
Along the way, I couldn’t help but admire the breathtaking sight of flowers in full bloom lining both sides of the road. I had been meaning to stop and take photos for days, and today, I finally seized the opportunity. This scenic spot is called "Mon Hin Lek Fai," a winding mountain pass that offers stunning views. Anyone traveling between Phop Phra and Mae Sot will pass through this road, making it a memorable part of the journey. 🌸🏞️✨
As I drove up to the area where the flowers were in full bloom along both sides of the road, I began searching for a safe spot to park. These breathtaking blossoms, known as "Cassia bakeriana," painted the landscape in delicate shades of pink and white, making it impossible to resist stopping for a few photos. 🌸✨🚗
"Cassia bakeriana" is a deciduous tree that blooms in the summer, with a significant presence around Mon Hin Lek Fai and along some roadside areas—though nowhere as abundant as in this spot. When in bloom, the tree sheds its leaves entirely, leaving only clusters of delicate flowers behind.
The blossoms start as vibrant pink buds, gradually opening into soft pastel petals. As they reach the final stage before falling, their color fades to a near-white hue, creating a mesmerizing gradient of pink and white across the landscape. 🌸✨
I always feel pure happiness when surrounded by beautiful flowers like these. It’s a simple joy, but one that never fails to brighten my day. 🌸💖✨

As I took one last look at the pink blossoms before heading back on the road, I felt grateful for the chance to experience this fleeting yet breathtaking sight. Nature always has a way of making us slow down and appreciate the little moments in life. And this was definitely one of them. 🌸✨💖
