This afternoon, my husband and I had some errands to run at the bank located in Central Festival shopping mall. After finishing our financial transactions, we decided to grab lunch at Hosay Bowl, a small café not far from the mall. I had visited this place once several months ago. It's a cozy café offering drinks, breakfast options, and healthy grain-based dishes. During my last visit, I only ordered a matcha latte, but this time, I wanted to try their food to see if it's as delicious as it looks on their menu. The dishes look so tempting that I couldn’t resist! 😊

Hosay Bowl is a minimalist-style café with a clean, white-toned theme. The front area is beautifully decorated with a charming rock garden, adding a unique and serene vibe to the place. 🌿

As I opened the door and stepped inside, the café revealed its elegant decor in tones of white, green, and brown. At the far end stood the counter, while the seating area featured a variety of tables and chairs, each adding its own charm to the cozy atmosphere. 🍃☕

My husband and I chose a high bar-style table by the glass window, offering a clear view of the outside. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. 🌿✨

*It didn’t take long for my drink and meal to be served. My drink, a matcha latte, arrived with an adorable bear face design in the foam. Here is the meal I ordered – a beautifully crafted Japanese-inspired bowl. The vibrant colors of salmon, seaweed salad, dried seaweed, carrots, edamame, and corn make it as visually pleasing as it is delicious. The dish was a perfect blend of flavors and textures, sitting atop a bed of rice that tied everything together wonderfully. 🍣🥗🍱

My husband ordered a sandwich, and it turned out to be just as delicious. The bread was perfectly toasted, and the filling was fresh and flavorful – a simple yet satisfying choice! 🥪✨

After finishing our meal, I decided to explore the second floor. The café has two floors, but the upper level is usually closed unless there are many customers. However, it’s open for anyone who wants to take some photos! 📸✨

After exploring the second floor and taking some lovely pictures, it was time for us to head back home. My experience at "Hosay Bowl" was truly delightful, from the cozy atmosphere to the delicious and healthy dishes. It's a place I would definitely revisit, not only for the food but also for the charming minimalist vibe that makes you feel at ease.
