Hello everyone
By late October, the weather in northern Thailand begins to cool, making it the perfect time to explore natural attractions like waterfalls and seasonal flower gardens. After a busy Tuesday helping my sister with her deliveries to Myanmar, which I shared in my previous post Life Along the Thai-Myanmar Border 🚚✨, I found myself with some free time. So, I decided to take my niece, who is my sister’s daughter, on a little adventure to a unique farm nestled in the mountains of Tak Province.
The farm is known for its seasonal flower gardens, but during my visit, the flowers were still in their early stages of growth. While the blooms weren’t ready yet, the farm offers another charming attraction—sheep grazing in the pastures, which visitors can enjoy up close. It was the perfect way to spend a relaxing day surrounded by nature. 🐑🌸✨
Initially, I had planned to visit the sheep farm with my sister and niece, but when the time came, my sister had an urgent task to take care of. So, it ended up being just my niece and me. I drove us straight to the farm, which is about 20 kilometers from her house.
Upon arriving, I immediately noticed the strong breeze and the cooler temperature, a refreshing change from the weather at my sister’s home. At the entrance, I purchased a ticket for 100 baht, which included a 50 baht discount for a drink at the farm's café. My niece, being a child, got free entry, which was a nice bonus. 🌬️🐑✨
Once my niece and I entered the farm, we headed to the café to order some drinks. To my surprise, we were the only visitors there at the time, which made the experience feel peaceful and private. The sheep, however, were still in their pen because the weather was too hot for them to roam freely—understandable given their thick wool coats. 🌞🐑
As soon as the staff noticed us, they kindly guided the sheep out of the pen so we could enjoy watching and feeding them. My niece was thrilled to see the sheep up close, and the sight of them lazily strolling out into the open was both charming and heartwarming. It felt like we had the entire farm to ourselves! 🐑🍃✨
It wasn’t long before the staff herded the flock of sheep over to the pavilion where my niece and I were seated. I purchased a bowl of sheep feed from the staff, and as soon as the sheep caught the scent of the food, they eagerly trotted over to us.
What happened next was both chaotic and hilarious—the moment I held out the bowl, the sheep rushed forward, jostling each other to get a bite. In the frenzy, the bowl tipped, and the food spilled onto the ground. The sheep didn’t mind one bit, immediately swarming to gobble up the scattered treats. 🐑🍴😂
My niece couldn’t stop laughing at the sight of the sheep all huddled together, munching away without a care in the world. It was such a fun and memorable moment for both of us, and it made the visit to the farm even more special. 😊✨
After the sheep finished eating the scattered food on the ground, they began to graze on the grass in the open field. I decided to follow them around, snapping photos of their relaxed and peaceful movements. The weather wasn’t too hot for me, with a gentle breeze blowing constantly, but I imagine the sheep, with their thick wool, must have felt a little warm.
Despite the heat, the sheep seemed content as they munched on the fresh grass, wandering the farm without a care in the world. Watching them roam freely was such a calming and refreshing experience. 🐑🌾✨
I couldn’t help but smile as I watched my niece excitedly chase after the sheep, trying to get close to them. It was moments like these that made the trip to the farm truly memorable. 😊💕
My niece and I spent quite some time enjoying the sight of the sheep grazing peacefully in the open field. It was such a simple yet heartwarming experience, one that allowed us to connect with nature and unwind from the busyness of everyday life.
On the drive back home, my niece couldn’t stop talking about how adorable the sheep were. Her excitement was contagious, and I found myself smiling the whole way home, feeling grateful for the memories we created together. 🐑💕✨

Thank you so much for your comment and continuous support 🌼 It's such a unique and peaceful spot! Seeing these cute sheep in Thailand is quite rare because of the tropical climate, but the cooler mountain air makes it perfect for them. 🐏🏔️
