Market Day // Searching For Bread With Cheaper Price

Four days had passed since the last time I post a blog in this community. The last three days I only post about my actifit report. Though I had some topic on my mind that I wanted to share but I ended up not writing it because I was too lazy to even start drafting those. Today is a different one. I feel okay and so I have finally decided to write a long blog for today.

¡Hola! Han pasado cuatro días desde la última vez que publiqué un blog en esta comunidad. Los últimos tres días solo publiqué sobre mi informe de actifit. Aunque tenía un tema en mente que quería compartir, al final no lo escribí porque me daba pereza siquiera empezar a redactarlo. Hoy es diferente. Me siento bien, así que finalmente he decidido escribir un blog largo.

Two o'clock in the afternoon my husband gave me money to buy food to be prepared for the iftar. Mostly we prepared banana and bread to be eaten during the iftar and so this afternoon we went to the market to buy those. Aside from those, my husband also told us to buy chicken feet so we headed first to the chicken meat shop to buy it. Unfortunately when we arrived at the meat shop it was close so I planned to went to the bakery a few meters from the meat shop. There are lots of slice bread displayed but the price is a little higher compared to the other bakeries.

So we look for another bakeshop. In this place there are more than three bakeshop that can be found. We went to the second bakeshop on the opposite side of the road but their prices is higher than the first bakeshop that we inquire to so we went to the third bakeshop. While walking I noticed the traffic on the road. I wonder why it's traffic.

We finally reached the third bakeshop. I didn't have to inquire for it's price since it's already posted. The price was the same with the first bakeshop so I didn't waste more time but headed back.

While we're slowly heading back to our next destination the rain started pouring that make the road wet. There were part that were slippery so we slowly pass by. The lower parts of our pants and my socks were slowly getting wet because of the rain. Walking in the rain made me shiver because of its started getting colder. Luckily when we're almost at the next bakeshop the rain stopped so I close the umbrella and kept it.

This is the bakeshop that we went to last. This price of the bread is way cheaper than those that we had inquired earlier. I bought three slices of bread and peanut butter in the bakery. Those cost 160 pesos or 2.80 in dollars. After paying my youngest son complained that he felt hungry. He was fasting today but we told him in the morning that he would eat when he felt really hungry. Since he already complained and were outside so I decided to buy him what he wanted to eat.

He pointed this stall where some desserts are displayed. There were fruit salad, macaroni salad, spaghetti, pudding and many more. My son chose the sago with mango and milk. The seller gave a cup of it that cost 20 pesos. My son love it because it was delicious and cold too. The seller got it from the refrigator so it was really cold and it's good to consume while it's cold.

Me señaló este puesto donde se exhiben algunos postres. Había ensalada de frutas, ensalada de macarrones, espaguetis, pudín y muchos más. Mi hijo eligió el sagú con mango y leche. The last destination that we had after buying bread and the food for my son was the fish section. The prices of the fish today was a little higher compared to the previous days so I chose to buy the fish that has the cheaper price. I bought one kilo of the sardine fish. I would fry it and pair it with the jackfruit that I would cook. It's a delicious combo for sure. After I paid for the fish we headed back home. When we arrived at home I rested for some minutes then stated preparing food for the iftar.

El último destino que teníamos después de comprar pan y comida para mi hijo era la sección de pescado. Hoy el precio del pescado era un poco más alto que los días anteriores, así que opté por el más barato. Compré un kilo de sardina. La freí y la acompañé con la yaca que cocinaría. This was how my day went today. It wasn't as busy as the other days but I'm feeling very tired as of the time of writing this blog. This was the effect of the long walk that we made today. Anyways, I want to thank everyone did the support you've shown in my blogs. Though I wasn't active in engaging with everyone still you shown support to my publish blogs so I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart.
