This post is not a promotion, but I just wanted to shared things calling my attention about volunteer… (if I were young I would embarque in any of these??)
—Have you heard about Peace Boat?
Since long ago I heart about Peaceboat. Peaceboat is a Japan-based international non-governmental organization (NGO) founded in 1983 that promotes peace, human rights, and sustainable development through global education and community building.
It organizes educational voyages on its ship, which sails around the world, engaging participants in discussions and activities focused on pressing global issues such as disarmament, environmental sustainability, and cultural exchange.
I read the next Peaceboat trip (121) on Linkedin.
The second one calling my attention is a Volunteer Summer Program--age 16 to 22!
Personally I think it is a good opportunity to get experiences for life and professional development.
