What were your healthy goals for 2023?
2023 was a year of personal growth for me. Even though I didn't set goals, I always had one present and that was to feel good about myself.

Also, without thinking about it, gaining weight was always there. I am a pretty thin girl, and this may not be useful in case of being a blood donor.

So I started to eat a little more, and to change my food diet a little.

Can you say that you complied with them?
Yes, I complied with them.

It wasn't easy. I think the one that costs me the most is to feel good about myself. When they say that you are your own enemy, they are not lying to you, it's the reality. The mindset you have can make all the difference.

Do you want to be successful? Have a winning mentality and positivity.
Do you want to be beautiful? Look in the mirror, accept your virtues and flaws, and love yourself.

But, you cannot achieve the first, if you lack the second. The positive mind is the basis of everything, it is what allows you to have wide possibilities, because you can visualize them.

On the other hand, while you are with your head down, you only see the floor. And only one possibility in your hands. You don't look at the whole picture.

So work for me and for me.

Will you set new goals for 2024? Tell us what they are.
The first one is not to give up, I think there is nothing healthier than feeling good. Sometimes we think that the road is hard, it's true, but this doesn't have to discourage us, it doesn't have to take us away from our goal, or lower our self-esteem. It's just a bad streak, accept it and keep going, don't stop.

On the other hand, I will continue to maintain the weight I have, I don't know if I want to go up a little more. But, the weight I keep at the moment is much better than the one I had before.

I also plan to start exercising. I have seen several Instagram routines that can be useful to me. And a friend recommended me a personal training app.

I've already gained a little weight, now it's time to shape some things that I don't like very much, like the abdomen. With the other parts of my body I feel satisfied.
