Hello dear Blurt Blog friend!

On a walk you can take many photos. I was going to get an estimate for materials, and I found myself with Christmas decorations. Yes, I know, I know, Christmas is over. But, the kings haven't arrived yet, so it's still valid.

On the other hand, it's not just this that caught my attention. This building you see here is the Mayor's Office of the city of Barcelona, located in the State of Anzoátegui, Venezuela. With a new paint color: Yellow.

I really like it because I add a lot of character to this colonial monument.

Balconies are quite common in the city, wherever you want you see one peeking out on the first floor of a house. Barcelona is one of the places in the country that preserves part of its history intact.

The colonial era can be felt in its streets, high sidewalks, mud houses, neoclassical architecture, and of course, high doors and windows.

The Mayor's Office could not be the exception. It also has balconies inside and out. In this case, photograph the exterior. I couldn't enter, it is a government building where entry is for certain things. But, when carrying out procedures as administrator, I have had the opportunity to be in their facilities.

Are we talking about high doors? Yes, but not in the hobbit style, here I bring you one, also part of this construction.

It was painted, like the entire structure, the color they chose seemed appropriate to me, it preserves the style, and gives it a touch of mysticism.

As you will see, it is located just below the balcony. It is an interesting combination, and very pleasing to the eye. I didn't know what to photograph first, but yes, I had to photograph everything.

Details, the details are what count. That's what they say. I agree with that. This water intake looks good.

If we talk about details, we cannot leave unnoticed those of the door that I showed you previously. The shapes made of metal and wood provide a unique beauty.

Soon I will bring you more beautiful places in my city. For today, I say goodbye.

Thank you for reading!
With love, Zul. ❤️
