About Today:
Today was a very busy day. From morning to evening, I was busy with studies and work. I am an economics student and as you all know, economics studies are quite challenging. Sometimes it feels a little difficult to understand everything. So I thought I should keep some time for myself today. I thought of taking a break in between studies and for me the best way to spend this break is watching movies and TV shows.
After lunch, I went to my university. University routine is quite hectic and today also there were some assignments and lectures which had to be finished. After coming back home from University, I wanted to relax for some time, so I decided to watch Bigg Boss today. Bigg Boss episodes are quite long, but there is something in this show which compels you to watch the entire episode. Watching this show is like an escape for me, which takes me away from studies for some time.
I was feeling quite tired after watching the show, so I thought I would go and sleep for some time. My day was a bit dull, but after watching Bigg Boss I got a break from my daily routine for some time. It is such small moments that bring a little happiness and relaxation in life, and I try to include them in my routine, so that I can get a little happiness in between the stress of studies.
When I came back home after lunch, I thought I should take a short break. But as soon as I reached home, I started feeling the stress of the entire day and the pressure of assignments. There are days when you feel that you should take out some time for yourself. It is important to take a break in between studies, otherwise you get burnt out. That is why I told myself that you should relax a bit and watch your favourite show.
For me, watching Bigg Boss is one such activity that relieves some of my stress. This show is so long but the drama and entertainment in it takes you completely away from your routine. It is quite interesting to watch the characters of the show and their dynamics. In such moments, I feel that this is a source of a small escapism in my daily life, where I forget the tensions of my life for a while.
When the episode of Bigg Boss ended, I felt that it was quite late and I could go to sleep after thinking a little. This is my usual routine, after the day's fatigue, I think about some time to give peace to my mind. I think that whatever I did today was important for me, whether it was studies or to relax myself. It is also important to enjoy this time, otherwise life is just full of work and pressure.
Before sleeping at night, I thought that I should plan something a little more productive for tomorrow. But it is equally important to relax myself at this time. Just as there should be a balance, I try to balance my day in the same way. There should be a mix of studies, entertainment, and relaxation, so that everything in life has its own time. In this way I try to make my daily life a little more manageable and enjoyable.

Dealing with the difficulties that arise in studying subjects like Economics can be a little challenging. But when you take out some time for yourself, like watching TV shows or indulging in some hobbies, the stress reduces a lot. Today was also such a day, when I took a small break for myself and enjoyed my favourite TV show.
I like watching Bigg Boss a lot and today's episode was also very interesting. I find it very intriguing to watch the characters of the show and their relationships. This is a reality show, so the emotions and drama shown seem real. Every contestant has his/her own story and the drama between them keeps you hooked. When I was watching it, I was involving myself in the emotions of all those characters and was enjoying this time. It was a kind of escape where I forgot my daily pressures. I think that when life is so hectic, such moments are necessary. If we don't make time for ourselves, we put our goals and ambitions under pressure. This pressure increases day by day, and then a point comes when we become emotionally exhausted. That's why it is important to take a break and indulge in your hobbies. When I was watching Bigg Boss, I felt I should enjoy this time, and so I gave myself time to relax.
After the show, when I had some time, I thought that today was quite productive but still a lot remains to be done. Today's break was necessary but tomorrow I will again have to focus on my studies. There is pressure of assignments and projects in Economics, so managing your time can be quite challenging. Still, I think it is important to maintain a balance, where you have your goals and also have time for your relaxation. This balance makes life manageable and stress-free.
After sleeping at night, I decided that from tomorrow I will manage my time in a better way. Today was a little entertaining, but for tomorrow I will have to focus on my studies. Sometimes these small breaks help us to regain our energy. Everyone faces pressure and stress in life, but to deal with it one must take out some time for oneself. Watching Bigg Boss was a stress-buster for me today, and tomorrow I will again have to focus on my goals.
