About today:
Today was Sunday and I had a lot of work to do on my final year project. My day went by in such a way that I was quite tired from morning till evening, but the work had not stopped. Despite it being Sunday, I felt that the work which I had planned earlier, I would have to complete it today itself. My mind said that it is important to relax my body a bit, but I was under pressure of the project deadline and important tasks.
After waking up in the morning, I started following my routine. First I went to my small kitchen and made tea to boost my energy level. With a cup of tea I get clarity in my thoughts and then I am able to handle my work in a better way. The warm taste of tea helps me get rid of a little sleepiness. I feel fresh whenever I drink tea. And today, when I was working on my final year project, a sip of tea was very necessary.
My mother also noticed that I am quite stressed and busy throughout the day. She gave me a small bowl of dry fruits saying that it will improve my concentration. She said that almonds, walnuts, and pistachios keep my brain sharp and give me focus and energy in my work. I liked the flavor of dry fruits, and I felt that these healthy snacks boost my productivity. When I am focusing deeply on my work, dry fruits help me complete my task efficiently. These snacks are a part of my mother's love, and eating them keeps me more focused on my work.
I feel that when I work on my project, it is very important to notice every small mistake, but some errors make me feel very anxious and restless. Even today, when I ran my code, some errors started appearing. These errors bother me a lot, because if I make a mistake, it will affect not only me but also the other 3 members of my team. Their work also depends on my code, and I realize that a small mistake can affect everything. So, when I get an error, my mind gets very anxious and I feel like I'm going to screw up everything.
I feel that it's very important to control my stress when I'm coding. But today, when I was getting errors, I felt very stressed. My focus was getting lost and I was spending a lot of time trying to fix code problems. Mother saw me and told me that I needed to relax a bit and she asked me to eat dry fruits. Whenever I get stressed, after listening to mother, I feel that balance in life is very important.
A lot of time passed that day and when it was evening, I had dinner with my mother. After dinner, it was important to take some rest. My body and mind were a bit tired but because of the dry fruits and tea given by mother, I felt that I am more efficient in my work. Today was a very busy day, but at the end of the day while working on my project, I was satisfied seeing my results and progress. The snacks and tea given by Mana kept my energy levels maintained and helped me overcome today's fatigue.
I feel that sometimes it is very important to take a little break in your routine, but if you have to remain focused on work then you have to take care of your health too. While working on the final year project, tea and dry fruits have become a part of my daily routine. These small things boost my productivity and mental sharpness. For me, all these things have a positive approach, which gives me more focus and motivation in my projects and daily tasks.
As I was ending my day, I realised that as busy and stressful as it is, it can also be rewarding. My final year project, which had become a huge challenge for me, was getting a little clearer with every day's hard work. Even today, the errors that I resolved in my code were giving me a great sense of achievement. But I also realised that it is important for me to take care of my emotional and physical well-being. If I remain stressed, my work will not be able to be done as well. Therefore, eating small things like dry fruits and drinking tea have become a part of a routine for me that keeps me mentally and physically stable.
Reflecting on today's day, I realize that student life should not be just limited to assignments and deadlines, rather it is very important to understand the balance between your health and well-being. Along with the final year project, one must also give importance to your personal growth. Mother's words and the snacks given by her teach me that along with work, it is important to take care of your body. Today was an important lesson for me, and I learned how to manage my stress while working on my project. Today's hard work and tea, along with dry fruits, helped me feel more focused and energized, which is very important for my productivity and success.
