Today was one of those days where breakfast felt like pure comfort and happiness i woke up and the first thing i craved was a warm cup of tea that perfect blend of sweetness and spice that makes mornings feel complete i walked to the kitchen still feeling sleepy but the thought of chai woke me up completely i put the kettle on and the water began to bubble filling the air with steam and anticipation i carefully poured in the tea leaves and watched as the water turned a rich caramel color the scent of brewing chai filled the kitchen it was sweet and spicy and absolutely perfect just the smell of it made me smile.
While the tea brewed i opened the cupboard to grab some biscuits and cookies the sight of the little packets of snacks made me so excited there were prince chocolate sticks my all time favorite the crispy biscuit on the outside with that creamy chocolate filling inside is just the right amount of sweet to go with chai there were also mini fingers covered in a layer of chocolate that melted a little when dipped into hot tea a packet of prince coco choc biscuits stared back at me their dark crunchy goodness promising a perfect pairing with my chai and then there was daydream chocolate cookies rich buttery cookies filled with soft chocolate centers that ooze out with each bite and of course the decadent chocolate bar that just looked so irresistible.
Mom and i sat there for a while chatting and enjoying every bite and sip we laughed about the little things crumbs falling on the table chocolate melting on our fingers it felt so simple and yet so perfect these small joys of sharing food and tea with someone you love made the morning feel warm and complete.
This breakfast was more than just food it was a moment of peace comfort and happiness a reminder that sometimes the best way to start the day is with a warm cup of chai a plate full of your favorite snacks and the company of someone who makes everything feel just right.
This was my lunch and it was so satisfying the crispy golden coated chicken bags was crunchy and perfect inside it was filled with melted cheese that stretched with every bite and tasty mushrooms that added so much flavor every mouthful was warm creamy and delicious the mix of flavors and textures made it feel so comforting it was the kind of meal that makes you happy and full.
Also last night i indulged in the most delicious FALUDA with my mom and sister and it was an absolute treat.
These three massive glass mugs were filled to the brim with a delightful mixture of creamy goodness, vibrant red jelly, and fresh chunks of fruit. The base was a cool blend of with sweetened milk and vermicelli noodles while the rich toppings included crushed almonds, chopped pistachios, and generous drizzles of bright red syrup that added a burst of flavor.
Each sip through those long white straws felt like a refreshing explosion of textures soft noodles, crunchy nuts, and silky jelly. The colors were mesmerizing the bold red of the syrup contrasted beautifully with the pale milk base and the nutty garnish.
