Biryani And Memories

It was one of those cozy, chilly mornings where getting out of bed felt like the hardest thing to do.

The weather was perfect for staying wrapped in blankets, sipping chai, and doing absolutely nothing.

But i had plans, and they included a visit to my university something i been looking forward to, especially because of its famous canteen food.

Dragging myself out of bed, i finally got ready and headed out, feeling a mix of excitement and laziness.

As soon as i entered the campus i knew why i was really there for—the food.

The canteen, as expected, was buzzing with energy. I ordered the famous biryani platter that everyone keeps raving about, and let me tell you—it was worth the hype. The platter was served on a large silver plate, and the sight of it alone was enough to make my mouth water. The biryani was a perfect mix of orange, white, and golden rice, rich with the aroma of spices. The highlight of the dish was a piece of smoky, grilled chicken resting on top, its skin charred to perfection, adding a depth of flavor to every bite.

On the side, there was a fresh salad made of finely shredded cabbage, thinly sliced onions, and juicy tomatoes. It added a crunch to the meal, balancing the richness of the biryani. A small green bowl of mint chutney accompanied the platter, offering a cool and tangy kick that elevated the entire experience.

As I dug into the biryani, the explosion of flavors was incredible. The spices were perfectly balanced—not too overwhelming but just enough to leave an impression. The chicken was tender and juicy, the kind that falls apart with a slight touch of the fork. I took my time, savoring every bite, while chatting with my friends and soaking in the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the canteen.

I also clicked some beautiful pictures of the university during my visit, capturing its lush greenery and vibrant campus life.

These photos will always remind me of this amazing day filled with food, fun, and cozy vibes.
