I do care, a lot, when things go different from what it's stablished in their project's white book. Not something that I would invest or trade in due to the lack of trustfulness.
About buying low: the "low" as you know is always relative and what today may be a low, tomorrow could perfectly be a "high"... if it was so easy, all of us would be millonaire nowadays.
