Assalamu Alaikum how are you all? Hope everyone is doing well. I am also very well with your prayers and the mercy of Almighty God. Now the winter season is going on. It is very fun to eat Pithapuli in winter morning. So, without further delay, I have shared some of the photos that I took while making pita at our house. Let's see what pitha we made this winter morning.
There are many types of Pithapuli food in our village area. All types of Pithapuli are very delicious and popular. Kulsi pitha is one of the traditional pithas among them. Kulsi pitha is very tasty and popular pitha.

Ingredients required for making Kulsi Pitha are: Ripe coconut, wheat flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, pan, spoon etc.

First step

First I collected two ripe coconuts to make Kulsi Pitha. Then, I picked up the two coconuts and took out the coconut garland. Then, I broke the beads and let the water out.

Third step:

I mixed the amount of sugar with the grated coconuts and put it in the kadai. Then, I put the pan in the oven. After a while, when the coconut and sugar boiled and became sticky, I took the pan off the stove and cooled it.
