The 1992 USA Basketball Dream was first Olympic team to feature active NBA players. It was widely regarded as the greatest basketball team ever assembled composed mostly of the greatest basketball players at that time such as Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson and Larry Bird. Forward

The forward position is closest to the opponent's goal. We would look for cards with high stats on dribbling and shooting. For midfielder, we want cards with high defensive skills like intercept. We also want a high passing stats so that he can successfully pass the ball to our forward and high dribbling stats to get closer to his target.

The above cards are good choices. I'd lean on the first and second cards both having high defensive, dribbling and passing stats. Cost of both is $32.50. The fourth card has great defensive and passing stats but his dribbling is atrocious.

Defender

Similar to the midfielder, we want cards with high defensive, dribbling and passing stats.

For the same reasons with the midfielders, I'd pick the first and second cards. Cost is $19.50

Goalkeeper

Goalkeepers need high stats primarily on blocking. It would also help if his passing stats are high. With this in mind, I'd pick the second or sixth card. If the second, cost is $9.

Coach

The coach is similar to summoners in Splinterlands. The cards in the market do not show the buffs the coach gives so I'd assume the most expensive card is the best.

We need a franchise to start the game, similar to spellbook in Splinterlands. The cheapest is $13. We also need some substitutes and let's say we spend another $30 for them.
