আমরা একটা খামারের কালার বাট মুরগি এই দেখতে গিয়েছিলাম এবং এই কালার বাট মুরগি ছিল অনেক বড় বড় এবং এই মোরগটা চা ওজন সে মোরগটার ওজন ছিল এক একটা ৭ থেকে ৮ কেজি এবং তার পাশাপাশি এসব মুরগী ছিল সে মুরগির ওজনও ছিল তার থেকে 5 কেজি যারা এটা খুবই বড় মানের একটা মুরগি এবং এই মুরগি যেহেতু বড় সাইজের মাংস কিন্তু অনেক স্বাদ তো যেহেতু যেহেতু এই মুরগি অনেক বড় সম্পূর্ণ প্রসিডিউরটা মেইনটেইন করে সবকিছু করতে হয় এবং আলোচনা করব এবং আলোচনা করে সেটা আপনাদের সাথে আজকে শেয়ার করব। বর্তমানে যে খামারে আমরা এসেছি এই খামারে কালার মুরগি চাষ করে অনেক বেশি লাভবান হয়েছে এবং তার থেকে অনেক তাকে দেখে অনুপ্রেরণা পেয়ে গ্রামের অনেকেই এই মুরগি চাষ করার উদ্যোগ নিচ্ছে আর কি এবং এই মুরগি চাষ করে তারা অনেক লাভবান হওয়ার চিন্তা করছে আমার আশা হচ্ছে যে কোন মানুষ এই মুরগি যদি চাষ করে ভালোভাবে প্লান করে যদি খাবার প্রদান করি এবং সবকিছু প্রদান করে তাহলে অবশ্যই এই মুরগি থেকে অনেক লাভবান হতে পারবে। আর আপনারা যদি কালার বার্ড মুরগি একসাথে পালন করেন তাহলে অবশ্যই আপনাদের অনেক লাভ হবে কারণ এই মুরগিতে লাভ অত্যন্ত ব্যাপক এবং অত্যন্ত ব্যাপক লাভ হওয়ার কারণে এই মুরগি আপনারা চাষ করতে পারবেন এবং আপনার পালন করতে পারবেন যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় এবং সেটা আপনাদের সাথে মাথায় রাখতে হবে এবং সবকিছু ভেবেই কাজ করতে হবে কালার বাট কিভাবে চাষ করবেন কিভাবে কি করবেন সবকিছুই আপনাদেরকে মাথায় রাখতে হবে। উন্নত জাতের মুরগি যেগুলো আছে তার মধ্যে কালার বাট অন্যরকম এবং কালার বাট অন্যতম একটা মুরগি যেহেতু কালার বাট অন্যতম একটা মুরগি আপনারা এটি চাষ করতে পারেন এবং এটি চাষ করি এটি কিভাবে লাভ হয় কিভাবে লস হয় সেই বিষয়ে আপনারা জানতে পারবেন এবং আপনারাও বুঝতে পারবেন।
কালারঘাট মুরগি চাষ করতে হলে অনেক ভালোভাবে পরিচর্যা করতে হয় কারণ পরিচর্যা যদি না করেন এবং পরিচর্যা করার যদি কোন গাফিলতি থাকে অবশ্যই আপনার মুরগিতে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত আপনি হতে পারে তাই অবশ্যই আপনাকে অনেক পরিচর্যা করতে হবে এবং ভালোভাবে পরিচালনা করতে হবে যেন আপনাদের মুরগিতে কোন ক্ষতি না হয় এবং মুরগি যেন খুব ভালোভাবে চাষ করতে পারেন এবং সে অনুযায়ী পরিচালনা করতে হলে আপনাকে অবশ্যই একটা নিয়ম মেনে করতে হবে সেই নিয়মটি আপনাকে জানতে হবে সেই নিয়মটি কি সেই নিয়ম জেনে আপনাকে পরিচর্যা করতে হবে না হলে দেখা যাচ্ছে অনেক সমস্যা হতে পারে সেজন্য সেটি জেনে পরিচয় করতে হবে পরিচালনা করলে অনেক সমস্যা হতে পারে সেই পোল্ট্রি মুরগির খাবার দিলে আপনারা আপনারা চাষ করতে পারবেন এবং সে পোল্ট্রি মুরগির খাবারে যা যা নিমিষে দিন সেটা ওখানে মিশিয়ে দিতে হবে এবং এই কালার বাট মুরগী চাষ করতে আপনাকে অনেক পরিশ্রম করতে হবে না আপনাকে পরিকল্পনামাফিক কাজ করলে অল্প পরিশ্রমে আপনি অনেক বেশি ভালো চাষ করতে পারবেন যেটা অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় এবং অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় হওয়ার কারণে যেটি আপনাদের সাথে আলোচনা করা হবে এবং আপনাদের সাথে আলোচনা করিয়ে এবং বোঝানো হবে কিভাবে আপনারা চাষ করবেন কিভাবে কি করবেন সবকিছু আলোচনা করা হবে। এই কালার মুরগি চাষ করার জন্য অনেক প্রয়োজনে পদক্ষেপ আছে সে পদক্ষেপগুলো আপনাদের দিতে হবে কারণ সে পদক্ষেপ না নিলে আপনাদের মুরগি চাষে লস হতে পারে এবং তাই আপনারা সেই পদক্ষেপ মেইনটেইন করে মুরগি চাষ করবেন যেন আপনাদের কোন লস না হয় এবং আপনারা ভালোভাবে চাষ করতে পারেন সে বিষয়ে বিবেচনা করে আপনাদের সব কিছু করতে হবে যা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় না করলে দেখা পরবর্তীতে সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হতে পারেন তাই আপনাদেরকে এই বিষয়ে মেনটেন করে সবকিছু করতে হবে এবং এ বিষয়ে মেনটেন করে সব কাজ করতে হবে।
কাল আবার মুরগি উন্নত জাতের মুরগির মধ্যে অন্যতম একটা মুরগি যেহেতু উন্নত জাতের মুরগির মধ্যে এটি অন্যতম একটা মুরগি তাই এটি অত্যন্ত ব্যাপক এবং আপনার পরিকল্পে চাষ করলে অনেক লাভ হবে তাই আপনারা অবশ্যই পরিকল্পনা মাসিক চাষ করতে পারবেন এবং পরিকল্পনা অধিদ চাষ করলে আপনারা অনেক লাভবান হতে পারবেন এবং অনেক লাভবান হওয়ার কারণে দেখা যাচ্ছে আপনার এ মুরগি থেকে অনেক বেশি প্রফিট করতে পারবেন যে দেখো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় তাই আপনাদেরকে অনেক পরিকল্পনা মাফিক কাজ করতে হবে এবং অত্যন্ত দক্ষতার সহিত কাজ করতে হবে যখন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয়। আপনাদেরকে অবশ্যই পরিকল্পনার অপেক্ষায় কাজ করতে হবে কারণ পরিকল্পনা মাফিক কাজ না করলে আপনারা সেটা পারবেন না আর আপনারা যদি সেটা না পারেন তাহলে অবশ্যই আপনারা সেটা করতে পারবেন না কারণ সেটা না করতে পারলে আপনাদের দেখা যাচ্ছে অনেক ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হতে পারে এবং আপনার অনেক ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হতে পারে যে আপনাদেরকে অবশ্যই পরিকল্পনার মাঝে কাজ করতে হবে কারণ পরিকল্পনাফিক কাজ করলে আপনার অনেক লাভবান হবেন এবং অনেক ভালোভাবে মুরগি চাষ করতে পারবেন যেহেতু এটি উন্নত জাতের মুরগি তাই এটি নিয়ম কারণ আলাদা হতে পারে। নিয়ম কানুন আলাদা হলে সমস্যা নেই কারণ এটি নিয়ম কারণ আলাদা হলে নিয়ম কানুন সহজ হবে হয়তো এবং এই নিয়মকানুন সহজ বলে আপনারা এটি থেকে অনেক বেশি লাভ করতে পারবেন এবং এটার প্রতি হালি ডিম আপনি ছাদ থেকে 70 টাকা হালিতে বেচতে পারবেন এবং বাচ্চা যদি ফোটান সে ক্ষেত্রে আরও বেশি লাভ সে ক্ষেত্রে আপনি যদি বাস্তবটাতে পারেন সেই বাচ্চা দেখা যাচ্ছে যে আপনি ভালোভাবে বিক্রি করতে পারবেন যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয়।
কালার বাট মুরগি কিন্তু মুরগির জগতে নতুন একটা উদ্ভাবন এবং নতুন একটা মুরগির জাত এই জাত কিন্তু অনেক বড় হয় এবং মানুষের দিক থেকে এটুকু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ মানুষের পাশাপাশি ডিম উৎপাদনেও কিন্তু অনেক বেশি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এটি অনেক দিন যাবৎ ডিম পারে এবং ডিম দেয় এবং সেই ডিম থেকে বাচ্চা ফুটিয়ে আপনি যদি বিক্রি করেন তাহলে আপনার দ্বিগুণ লাভ হবে এবং তার পাশাপাশি আপনি যদি এত ঝামেলা দিতে চান তাহলে ডিম উৎপাদন করে আপনার অনেক বেশি লাভ হবে যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয়। তাই আমাদেরকে কালারবাড়ি সম্পর্কে আজকে আলোচনা করছি এবং কাল আবার মুরগির সম্পর্কে জানানো চেষ্টা করছি এটি অনেক উন্নত জাতের একটা মুরগি এবং এই মুরগিটা কিন্তু অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা মুরগি যেটা আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করা উচিত এবং আপনাদের সাথে আলোচনা করা উচিত এবং কালার বাট মুরগির কিন্তু অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এবং অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা মুরগি হওয়ার কারণে কিন্তু আপনি খুব ভালোভাবেই কিন্তু এটি কাজ করতে পারবেন এবং আমরা সে বিষয়টি দেখতে গিয়েছিলাম আজকে খামারে কিভাবে মুরগি চাষ করে কিভাবে কি করে সবকিছুই আমাদের সাথে আলোচনা করলাম এখানে একটা ঘর বানানো লাগে আগে ঘর বানিয়ে সেই ঘরে পর্যাপ্ত পরিমাণ ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে সেটার সময় দেখা গেছে চারটি থেকে ঘিরে দিতে হবে এবং গরমের সময় দেখা যাচ্ছে যে উপরে পানি দিয়ে ঠান্ডা করার ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে কারণ এটি খুব একটা বেশি গরম সহ্য করতে পারে না সে বিষয় ওজন খুব বেশি হয় কারণ তারা গরম সহ্য করতে পারে না তাই উপরে ঘরের চালের উপরে পানি দিয়ে পড়ার ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে যেন ঘর ঠান্ডা থাকে এই মুরগিকে প্লাস্টিক খাবার প্রদান করতে হবে আবার প্রধান না করলে কিন্তু হবে না এবং এই মুরগির মুরগিকে দেখা যাচ্ছে কোন জায়গায় কাটা রক্ত এসব দেখানো যাবে না কার রক্ত দেখতে পারে না কারণ রক্ত দেখলে দেখা যাচ্ছে এদের মাথা ঠিক থাকে না খুব লক্ষ্য রাখতে হবে এদের ডিম সংগ্রহ করার সময় যেন এদের ডিম না ভেঙ্গে যায় কারণ এদের ডিম ভেঙ্গে গেলে কিন্তু এরা সেই ডিমটা খেয়ে ফেলে নিজেরাই খেয়ে ফেলে যে রকম গুরুত্বপূর্ণ হবে।
