We visited a girls' school in the village where many students study, where many people including us visited and we considered the good and bad sides of the students and tried to understand everything and how they make their complete institution. And how everyone studies there, their good and bad sides, advantages and disadvantages, everything, you know, we visited and after visiting we understood a lot that there are many problems here and we have to solve many problems and find out that this is an important issue and keeping that in mind, we worked there and the environment of the school is also very beautiful, they study in a very pleasant environment and there I saw that they are in sufficient quantity, we do not have science laboratories etc. which is a very bad thing. This area is one of the backward areas of Bangladesh, the schools and colleges that are there are almost like this, so when we came to visit this school, we saw that there is a lot of management and there are many problems and there are many leaks which is a very important issue that you need to know. There are many problems in this school, we went to see the problems and we inspected the problems, we found many problems after inspecting which is a very important thing, some of the students here are all girls, it is a girls' school, girls' school, but there is a lot of management deficiency here, one of the important deficiencies is that the science test here is in the form of a test, since the science test is attacked, girls have to face many problems here. We went to solve various problems in this school.
I am from Dhaka to School and College, now you will go with us inside the school, a school mosque inside the school, here we went to see the solution of various problems. There are various problems in the village school, since there are various problems, there are solutions to them, since there are solutions, we went to solve them, how to solve them, how to do everything, and when we saw them, we solved the problems and after solving the problems, we tried to solve those issues through discussion and there will be problems in the village school and they have to be solved in stages. After solving the problems in stages, it can be seen that the program will return to its previous state and a well-planned science center, library, etc. will have to be completely maintained and established here because if the establishment and maintenance are not maintained, the quality of the school will decrease and the name of the school will decrease in the neighborhood. The biggest thing is that the village school is in a very good and beautiful condition, with a pleasant environment and a pleasant environment, all the students here are girls, and since all the girls here are girls, it is a girls' school, so boys cannot enter here, but we were able to enter because we went on an inspection and we visited there with the permission of the headmaster and they helped us a lot to inspect and identify and solve the problems, which is the most important thing, and one of the most important things is that the staff and students here were very friendly with us, which is a very important thing. Because of this, we liked the school very much.
Although the facilities of the village school are not many, there is a very beautiful environment and a place that is very nice to see. We also enjoyed that and saw that which is a very important thing, so I am sharing with you our experience of going to school and visiting the school. আমরা গ্রামের একটি বালিকা বিদ্যালয় পরিদর্শনে গিয়েছিলাম এখানে অনেক স্টুডেন্ট পড়াশোনা করে যেখানে আমরা সহ অনেকেই পরিদর্শনে গিয়েছিল এবং সেখানে শিক্ষার্থীদের ভালো দিক খারাপ দিক আমরা বিবেচনা করলাম এবং সবদিকে বোঝার চেষ্টা করলাম এবং কিভাবে তারা তাদের সম্পূর্ণ প্রস্টিটিউট তৈরি করে। এবং কিভাবে সেখানে সবাই পড়াশোনা করে তাদের ভালো দিক খারাপ দিক সুবিধা অসুবিধা সব কিছুই আপনারা আমরা পরিদর্শন করলাম এবং পরিদর্শন করে আমরা অনেক কিছুই বুঝতে পারলাম যে এখানে অনেক সমস্যা আছে এবং অনেক সমস্যার সমাধান আমাদেরকে করতে হবে এবং খুঁজতে হবে যে দেখো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় এবং সেই বিষয়ে মাথায় রেখে আমরা সেখানে কাজ করেছি এবং উক্ত বিদ্যালয়ের পরিবেশটাও অনেক সুন্দর অনেক মনোরম পরিবেশে তারা পড়াশোনা করে এবং সেখানে দেখলাম তাদের পর্যাপ্ত পরিমাণ চাচ্ছি আমরা বিজ্ঞানাগার ইত্যাদি বিভিন্ন জিনিস সেখানে নাই যেটা খুব খারাপ একটা বিষয়ে অবশ্যই থাকা উচিত ছিল। বাংলাদেশের পিছিয়ে পড়া এলাকার মধ্যে এই এলাকাটি একটা পিছিয়ে পাওয়া এলাকায় স্কুল কলেজ যেগুলো আছে সেগুলো প্রায় এরকম তো আমরা এই স্কুলটি পরিদর্শন করতে এসে দেখে সেখানে অনেক ব্যবস্থাপনা আছে এবং অনেক কিছু সমস্যা আছে এবং অনেক কিছু লেকিংস আছে যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় যেটা আপনাদের জানতে হবে। এই স্কুলটিতে অনেক সমস্যা আছে সমস্যাগুলো আমরা দেখতে গিয়েছিলাম এবং সমস্যা গুলো আমরা পরিদর্শন করেছি পরিদর্শন করে অনেক সমস্যা পেয়েছি যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় এখানে কিছু যারা পড়ে সবাই মেয়েটি একটি মহিলা গার্লস স্কুল গার্লস স্কুলের একটা মেয়েরাই পরে কিন্তু এখানে অনেক ম্যানেজমেন্টের অভাব আছে তার মধ্যে একটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অভাব যেটা সেটা হচ্ছে এখানে পরীক্ষিত বিজ্ঞান আকার নিয়ে যেহেতু পরীক্ষিত বিজ্ঞান আক্রান্তি এখানে অনেক সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হতে হয় মেয়েদের। এই স্কুলে বিভিন্ন সমস্যার সমাধান করতে আমরা গিয়েছিলাম।
আমি ঢাকা থেকে স্কুল এন্ড কলেজ এখন আপনারা আমাদের সাথে স্কুলের ভিতরে যাবেন যাওয়ার মত একটা স্কুল মসজিদ স্কুলের ভিতরে একটা এখানে আমরা গিয়েছিলাম বিভিন্ন সমস্যার সমাধান দেখতে। গ্রামের ইস্কুলে বিভিন্ন সমস্যা থাকে বিভিন্ন সমস্যা যেহেতু থাকে সেগুলোর সমাধানও আছে যেহেতু সমাধান আছে সেহেতু আমরা সমাধান করতে গিয়েছিলাম কিভাবে সমাধান করব কিভাবে কি করব সবকিছু দেখতে গিয়েছিলাম এবং দেখতে গিয়ে আমরা সমস্যার সমাধান করেছিলাম এবং সমস্যার সমাধান করে আমরা সেই বিষয়গুলো আলোচনার মাধ্যমে সমাধান করার চেষ্টা করেছিলাম এবং গ্রামের স্কুলের সমস্যাগুলো থাকবে এবং সেগুলো পর্যায়ক্রমে সমাধান করতে হয়। পর্যায়ক্রমে সমস্যার সমাধান করার পরে দেখা যাচ্ছে পারবেন কর্মসূচি আবারও আগের মত অবস্থায় ফিরে আসে এবং সুপরিকল্পিত বিজ্ঞান আগার পাঠাগার ইত্যাদি এখানে সম্পূর্ণভাবে ভালোভাবে রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ এবং প্রতিষ্ঠা করতে হবে কারন প্রতিষ্ঠা এবং রক্ষণক্ষণ রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ না করলে স্কুলে গুণগত মান কমে যাবে এবং স্কুলের নাম ডাক আশপাশের মধ্যে কমে যাবে। সবথেকে বড় কথা হচ্ছে গ্রামের ইস্কুল হয় এর অবস্থা কিন্তু অনেক ভালো এবং অনেক সুন্দর একটা মনোরম পরিবেশ এবং মনোরম পরিবেশে এখানে যারা পড়ে সবাই কিন্তু মেয়ে এবং যেহেতু এখানে সবাই এই মেয়েরা পড়ে একটা গার্লস স্কুল তাই এখানে ছেলেরা কিন্তু ঢুকতে পারে না কিন্তু আমরা ঢুকতে ঢুকতে পেরেছিলাম কারণ আমরা একটা পরিদর্শনে গিয়েছিলাম সেজন্য এবং আমরা সেখানে প্রধান শিক্ষক মহোদয়ের অনুমতি নিয়ে পরিদর্শন করেছিলাম এবং তারা আমাদেরকে অনেক সাহায্য করেছিল পরিদর্শন করতে এবং সমস্যাগুলো আইডেন্টিফাই এবং সমাধান করতে অনেক সাহায্য করেছিল যেটা সবথেকে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় এবং সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয়ের মধ্যে যেটি আরো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সেটি হচ্ছে এখানে যারা ছিল স্টাফ এবং স্টুডেন্ট তারা খুব বন্ধুসুলভ আচরণ করছিল আমাদের সাথে যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয়। এর কারণে স্কুলটা আমাদের খুব ভালো লেগেছিল।
গ্রামের স্কুলের সুযোগ-সুবিধা ফেসিলিটিজ বেশি না থাকলেও এখানে মূলক পরিবেশ এবং খুব সৌন্দর্য বর্ধিত একটা জায়গা থাকে যেটা দেখতে খুব ভালো লাগে আমরাও সেটাই এনজয় করেছিলাম এবং সেটাই দেখেছিলাম যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় তাই আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করছি আমাদের অভিজ্ঞতাটা স্কুলে গিয়ে ইস্কুল পরিদর্শন করে আমরা কি কি দেখলাম কি কি পেলাম না সব কিছুই আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করছি তাই অবশ্যই আপনাদেরকে বুঝতে হবে এবং আপনাদের কেটে জানতে হবে কেন আমাদের এটা পরিদর্শন ছিল এবং আমরা এখান থেকে কি শিখলাম কি শিখতে পারলাম সবকিছু জানতে হবে। সুন্দর যে মন্দিরটা এলাকায় ঘুরতে সবারই ভালো লাগে, তাই আমাদেরও ভালো লাগছিল সৌন্দর্য মন্ডিত এলাকায় ঘুরতে এবং এখানে ঘুরে আমাদের অনেক ভালো লেগেছে কারণ এখানকার পরিবেশটা অনেক সুন্দর ছিল তাই আপনাদের সাথে বিষয়টি শেয়ার করার চেষ্টা করলাম এবং আপনাদেরকে জানানোর চেষ্টা করলাম সুন্দর পরিবেশের কারণে আমরা এখানে ঘুরতে গিয়েছিলাম এবং পরিদর্শন করতে গিয়েছিলাম এখানে সবাই একরকম ইউনিফর্ম পরিহিত ছিল কারণ ওই স্কুলের ড্রেস কোড বা ইউনিফর্ম কোড কিন্তু একই রকম ছিল তাই একই রকম ইউনিফর্ম পরিহিত সবাই ছিল তিনি এখন পরিচিত ছিল দেখতে খুব সুন্দর লাগছিল আমরা সেটা দেখেছিলাম এবং ইনজয় করেছিলাম। অনেকে যাওয়ার পর এখানে অনেকে ইনজয় করেছিলেন এবং আমরা অনেক বিষয়েই লক্ষ্য করেছি এবং অনেক লক্ষ লক্ষ কৃত প্রিয় বস্তু ছিল যেগুলো আমরা মনিটরিং করেছি মনিটরিং করে সবকিছু করেছি যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় যেটা আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করা হয় নাই তাই আপনাদের সাথে নতুন করে শেয়ার করছি যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় আপনাদের অবশ্যই জানার প্রয়োজন আছে তাই আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করার প্রয়োজন বোধ করছি আর কি না হলে শেয়ার করতাম না এবং গ্রামের স্কুল ভিজিট করতে গিয়ে অনেক অভিজ্ঞতা সম্মুখীন হয়েছি যেগুলো খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আমাদের জীবনে।
গ্রামের ইস্কুলের একটি অন্যতম দিয়েছিস সুন্দর পরিবেশ সুন্দর পরিবেশটা খুব শরীরের জন্য উপকারী এবং সুন্দর পরিবেশটা হলে পড়াশোনার মন ভালো হয় সে ক্ষেত্রে শহরে যানজট দূষণ ইত্যাদির বাইরে সুন্দর পরিবেশটা কিন্তু সবাই খোঁজার চেষ্টা করে সেটা কিন্তু গ্রামের স্কুলে দেখা যায় আর এখানে গ্রামে স্কুলে শুধু একটা বিষয়ে অভাব আছে সেটা হচ্ছে যোগ্য টিচার এবং যোগ্য ম্যানেজমেন্ট এবং যোগ্য স্যার আমাদের। কারণ যোগ্য স্বাচ্ছন্দ্যবাদী না থাকলে যেমন কম্পিউটারে গ্রন্থাগার এগুলো যদি না থাকে শিক্ষার্থীরা আসলে ভালোভাবে শিখতে পারবে না তাই এগুলো খুবই উপকারী এগুলো যেখানে নাই সেখানে গ্রাম পর্যায়ে এগুলো নিয়ে দেওয়া উচিত বলে আমি মনে করি আর আধুনিক ডিসপ্লে মনিটরের সাহায্যে পাঠদান করা হয়েছে এটাও খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা মাধ্যম করা উচিত এবং অতীব জরুরী একটা বিষয় যা আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করা হয় নাই আগে। তাই এই বিষয়টা আপনাদের সাথে আজকে শেয়ার করছি কারণ আজকে শেয়ার না করলে আপনারা বুঝতে পারতেন না কিভাবে কি হয় এবং কিভাবে কি করা হয় চাই এই বিষয়টা আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করছি আজকে খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভাবে এ বিষয়টা আলোচনা করছি। তা আপনাদের বুঝতে হবে কোন বিষয়টা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এবং কোন বিষয়টা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ না এ বিষয়টা বুঝে আপনাদেরকে কাজ করতে হবে সেটি খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় যেটা আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করা দরকার এবং শেয়ার করা প্রয়োজন তাই আমিও শেয়ার করছি শেয়ার করা দরকার শেয়ার করার প্রয়োজন সেজন্য শেয়ার করছি যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয়। আপনার এখান থেকে অনেক কিছু জানতে পারবেন গ্রামের স্কুল সম্পর্কে এবং গ্রামের স্কুলের অভিজ্ঞতা আপনাদের হবে।
গ্রামের স্কুল খুব সুন্দর একটা পরিবেশ থাকে এবং সুন্দর পরিবেশে থাকার কারণ এখানে খুব সুন্দর সুন্দর কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা যায় যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ খেলাধুলা থেকে শুরু করেছে আজকে থেকে অনুষ্ঠান থেকে শুরু করে এগুলো খুব ভালোভাবে করা যায় যেগুলো দেখতে খুব মনোমুগ্ধকর হয় এবং সবাই খুব ভালোভাবে এনজয় করে এবং যেহেতু সবাই খুব ভালোভাবে এনজয় করে সেহেতু আমরা এটাকে গুরুত্ব সহকারে ম্যানেজমেন্ট করে থাকি। গুরুত্ব সহকারী এটা শেয়ার করা এবং গুপ্ত সরকার এটাকে গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হয় এবং আমরা খুব গুরুত্ব দিয়েছি কারণ গ্রামের স্কুলে থাকতে হলে এগুলো মেনটেইন করতে হয় এবং পরিদর্শন করতে হলে এগুলো আপনাকে মাথায় রাখতে হবে মাথায় না রাখলে হবে না আমরা পরিদর্শন করতে গিয়ে সেখানে অনেক অব্যবস্থাপনা দেখলেও ব্যবস্থাপনা দেখেছি এখানে ছেলেদের মধ্যে যারা শিক্ষার্থী আছে তাদের মধ্যে অনেক মিল মহব্বত আমরা দেখতে পেরেছি তারা একসাথে অনেক মিলে মিশে থাকে মিলেমিশে থাকার কারণে তাদের পড়াশোনা এবং মানসিক বিনোদন সবকিছুই ভালো হয় তাই আপনাদের মেইনটেইন করতে হবে আপনাদের এটা দেখতে হবে বুঝতে হবে মিল আছে কিনা না থাকলে অবশ্যই মিল করে দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করতে হবে যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয়। যদি মিল না করিয়ে দেন পরবর্তী দেখাইছে অনেক সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হতে পারে তাই অবশ্য আপনাদের মিল করিয়ে দিতে হবে মিল না করিয়ে দিলে দেখা যাচ্ছে পরবর্তীতে আপনাদের সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হবেন তাই অবশ্যই যেন এটা না হয় সেটা মাথায় রাখতে হবে এবং মিল করে দিতে হবে এবং সবকিছুই আপনাদের নিজেদের তত্ত্বাবধানেই করতে হবে। আশা করি আপনারা বুঝতে পেরেছেন কিভাবে কি করবেন সেটা যেটা সব থেকে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় সেটি আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করা হলো।
