স্বপ্ন থেকে একটা কার কেনার এমন একটি স্বপ্ন আছে একটা কারখানার বড় হয়ে অনেক স্বপ্ন দেখেছিলাম ছোট থাকতে যে বড় হয়ে কার কিনব কিন্তু এখন আর ঠিকানা পরনের কারণে আমার এই স্বপ্ন পূরণ হচ্ছে না কিন্তু ইনশাল্লাহ একদিন এই ব্লাড প্লাটফর্মে কাজ করি আমি এই টাকা দিয়ে আমি একটা গাড়ি কিনতে পারবো বলে আমি আশাবাদী। আজকে আপনাদের যেই কার্ডটি ছবি দেখা যায় সেটি আমাদের বাসার পাশেই এসেছিল এবং সেটি আমার খুব পছন্দ হয়েছে এবং তাই আপনাদেরকে একটা ছবি তুলে আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করছি এবং আপনার স্বপ্নের কথা আমার স্বপ্নের কথা আপনাদের কাছে শেয়ার করছি কারণ কার কেন আমার অনেক আগে থেকে একটা স্বপ্ন ছিল কিন্তু আর্থিক টানা পড়ে নিবার দারিদ্রতার কারণে আমি কার কিনতে পারি নাই কিন্তু আমার এই স্বপ্নকে বাস্তবে রূপান্তর করব আশা করি আমি আমার স্বপ্নকে বাস্তবে রূপান্তর করতে পারব ইনশাল্লাহ। আপনারা আমার জন্য দোয়া করবেন আমি যেন কার চিনতে পারি এবং কার কি আমি ব্যবসাটা দাঁড় করাতে পারি এবং কার ব্যবসা করি আমি অনেক টাকা ইনকাম করতে পারি তার পাশাপাশি আমি যেন ব্লাডে কাজ করতে পারি এই বিষয়গুলো আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করতে পারি সেই বিষয়ে আমাদেরকে শুধু আমাকে শুভ কামনা করবেন এবং আমাকে শুভ কামনা করে আপনার আমার পাশে থাকবেন বলে আশা করি। অনেক আগে থেকে আমার ইচ্ছা আমি একটা কার কিনব অতএব আপনারা আমাকে শুভকামনা জানাবেন যেন আমি কার কিনতে পারি এবং সেই কার কিনে আমি ব্যবসা করতে পারি এবং সেই ব্যবসা করে আমি অনেক ভালো উন্নতি করতে পারি সেই বিষয়ে আপনাকে আমাকে আপনারা দোয়া করবেন এবং শুভকামনা জানাবেন যেটা আপনাদের কাছে আমার চাওয়া পাওয়া থাকবে এটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয়।
তাই অবশ্যই কার কেনা উচিত এবং কার কেনার সময় অবশ্যই সেভাবে চলা উচিত যাতে যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয়। অবশ্যই আমাদেরকে চিন্তা করতে হবে যে কার কেনার সময় আমরা সেই বিষয়টা বিবেচনা করে আমরা সবকিছু করব তাই অবশ্যই এটা আমাদেরকে বিবেচনা করতে হবে এবং সবকিছু বিবেচনা করে কাজ করতে হবে। সবথেকে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় হচ্ছে কার কিনে কারের যত্ন রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা এবং কোথায় এই তেল পানি লিখে দিচ্ছে চেক করে এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয়। কারণ কার কিনতে পারি সবাই কিন্তু রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করতে সবাই পারে না যে অবশ্যই ভালোভাবে রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করতে হবে ভালোভাবে রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ না করলে কিন্তু আপনি ক্ষতির সম্মুখে পড়বেন এবং আমি লস এর সম্মুখীন পড়বেন যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় আপনাকে মাথায় রাখতে হবে অবশ্যই আপনাকে রক্ষার্ণ ভক্ষণ করতে হবে যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। কার কিনে আপনাকে অবশ্যই এটা করতে হবে এবং মাথায় রাখতে হবে এটা যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় এবং কার কিনে সেই কার আপনি কিভাবে ব্যবসা করবেন এবং কিভাবে কি করবেন সে বিজনেস পলিসি আপনার জানা থাকতে হবে আপনি যদি বিজনেস পলিসি না জানেন তাহলে রেন্ট এ কারে চালাতে গিয়ে আপনি লস করতে পারেন অথবা করে আপনি লস করতে পারেন যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় এবং অবশ্যই আপনাকে মাথায় রাখতে হবে। তাই অবশ্যই আপনাকে সম্পূর্ণ বিষয়ে মাথায় দিয়ে কাজ করতে হবে যেন কোন অসুবিধা না হয় সে বিষয়ে খেয়াল রাখতে হবে। আকার এমন ভাবে রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করতে হবে যেন খুব ভালো থাকে সে বিষয়টা আপনাকে মাথায় রাখতে হবে এবং ভালো রেখে কাজ করতে হবে।ভালো রেখে কাজ না করলে কিন্তু আপনার হবে না তাই অবশ্যই ভালো রেখে কাজ করতে হবে এবং সে বিষয়টা রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করে এবং সঠিকভাবে রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করে আপনাকে কাজ করতে হবে।
এই সাদা প্রাইভেটকার যদি আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করছি যে ছবিটা সেই ছবিটার কার্ডটা আমার খুব পছন্দ তাই এই কার আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করছি এবং আপনাদের সাথে আলোচনা করার চেষ্টা করছি আমি কার কিনলে সাদা রঙের কার কিনব ইনশাল্লাহ ভবিষ্যতে এবং কার রাইট করে করতে আমার খুব ভালো লাগে কারণ সাদা কালার অনেক ভালো লাগে তাই আমি অবশ্যই কার কিনলে আমি সাদা শাড়ি কিনব। সাদা কালারের এ কার মাইক্রোবাস ইত্যাদি যে গাড়িগুলো আছে সব গাড়িগুলো কিন্তু অনেক ভালো লাগে দেখতে অনেক সুন্দর এবং অনেক কম্ফোর্টেবল হয় আর কি সেই জন্য আমি অবশ্যই সাদা গাড়ি কেনার চেষ্টা করব যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় এবং আপনাদের কেউ আগে থেকে জানিয়ে রাখছি কারণ আমি কার কিনতে ভবিষ্যতে সাদা আর কিনব সাদাকার আমার খুব পছন্দের একটা কার্ড যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় এবং ছাতা কার কি নিয়ে আমি খুব ভালোভাবে রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করতে পারব গাড়ি ধোয়া মোছার তেল পানি লিখে দিতাছি চেক করা এবং গাড়ির রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা অনেক ভালো হবে আমার জন্য অনেক সুবিধা জনক হবে বলে মনে করি। সাদা কার্ড যদি না কিনি তাহলে দেশে পরবর্তীতে অসুবিধা সম্মুখীন হতে পারেন তাই অবশ্যই সাদা কার্ড কিনবো এবং সাদা কার্ড কিনেছি অনুযায়ী কাজ করব এটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় তাই অবশ্যই সাদা কালার কিনব সাদা কালার কিনে আমি সবকিছু সেই ভাবেই করার চেষ্টা করব। সাদা প্রাইভেট কার আমার অনেক ভালো লাগে কারণ সাদা প্রাইভেট কারী অন্যরকম এটা ভালো লাগা এবং আসে সবকিছু এবং সবকিছুই সবকিছু মেনটেন করে আমি সাদাকার ব্যবসার প্রসেসটা ধরার চেষ্টা করব। এবং আমার ভবিষ্যতে কি প্লান আছে সেটা এখন আপনাদের সাথে ধাপে ধাপে শেয়ার করব যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয়।
সবথেকে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় হচ্ছে আপনি কখন ব্যবসা শুরু করবেন সেই সময়টা নির্ধারণ করা আমার রেন্ট-এ-কারের ব্যবসা করার ইচ্ছা আছে মানে রেন্ট এ আমার নিজের কাজ চালানোর ইচ্ছা আছে তার পাশাপাশি আমি পাঠাও বা ওভার যেসব প্ল্যাটফর্ম বাংলাদেশে আছে এসব প্লাটফর্মে আমার কার্ড রেন্ট এ দিয়ে দিব দিয়ে দিয়ে সেখান থেকে একটা মান্থ প্রফিট করব এরকম ইচ্ছা আমার আছে তার পাশাপাশি আমি ডেইলি লাইফস্টাইল অ্যাক্টিভিটি সবকিছু আমার ব্লাকে শেয়ার করব এবং ব্লাডের বন্ধুদের সাথে সবকিছু শেয়ার করার মাধ্যমে আনন্দ ভাগাভাগি করে নিব। কারণ সবার সাথে আনন্দ ভাগাভাগি করার মুহূর্তে তো অন্যরকম কারণ সবার সাথে আনন্দ পাওয়া ভাগাভাগি করা উচিত আর ইন্তেকালের ব্যবসা করতে গিয়ে সব থেকে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় হচ্ছে বিশ্বস্ত প্রতিষ্ঠানের কাছে আপনার গাড়িটি দিতে হবে যদি তা হয় সে ক্ষেত্রে গাড়ি অনেক ক্ষয়ক্ষতি হতে পারে তাই আমিও সেই বিষয়টা মাথায় রেখে ইন্তেকালের ব্যবসা শুরু করব এবং আমার গাড়িটা আমার বিশ্বস্ত একটা প্রতিষ্ঠানের কাছে দিব দিয়ে সেখান থেকে আমার মান্থলি চ্যানেল করব। বিশ্বস্ত প্রতিষ্ঠানের কাছে যদি আপনি আপনার গাড়ি না দেন সে ক্ষেত্রে আপনার গাড়ি অনেক ক্ষয়ক্ষতি হতে পারে তাই অবশ্যই কাদের ব্যবসা করতে হলে আপনাকে বিশ্বস্ত প্রতিষ্ঠানকে খুঁজতে হবে যে বিশ্বস্ত প্রতিষ্ঠান আপনার বিশ্বস্ত মনে হবে সেই প্রতিষ্ঠানে আপনার গায়ে দিতে হবে গাড়ি দিয়ে সেখান থেকে আপনি জেনারেট করতে পারবেন। তাই অবশ্যই আপনাকে আগে প্রতিষ্ঠান চিহ্নিত করতে হবে তারপরে কাজ শুরু করতে হবে যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় অবশ্যই আপনি প্রতিষ্ঠান এনজয় করবেন তারপরে কাজ শুরু করবেন যেটা আপনার জন্য ভালো হবে সবার জন্যই ভালো হবে। তাই অবশ্য আপনাকে এই কথা মাথায় রেখে কাজ করতে হবে এবং এই কথা মাথায় রেখে ব্যবসাতে নামতে হবে যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় এবং যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা দিক নির্দেশনা যেটা আপনাদের মেনে চলা উচিত।
একটা মানুষের অনেক বড় স্বপ্ন থাকতে পারে আমারও একটা বড় স্বপ্ন আছে সেটা আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করলাম কারণ স্বপ্ন দেখা খারাপ কিছু না এবং স্বপ্ন দেখে যদি সে অনুসারী কাজ করা যায় সেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ইফেকটিভ একটা বিষয় তাই আমিও স্বপ্ন দেখেছি অনুসারে কাজ করবো এবং সেই অনুসারে এগিয়ে যাওয়ার চেষ্টা করব কারণ আমার স্বপ্ন দেখতে অনেক ভালো লাগে এবং আমার বিশেষ করে ব্যবসা অনেক ভালো লাগে কারণ আমি বিশ্বাস করি ব্যবসার উপরে কোন কিছু হয় না বিশ্বের সবথেকে বড় বড় কোটিপতি বিরিয়ানি আর বিলিয়নের সবাই কিন্তু ব্যবসায়ী আমিও ব্যবসায়ী হতে চাই। এবং ব্যবসায়ী হতে হলে আমার কি কি পদক্ষেপ নিতে হবে এবং কার ব্যবসায়ী হতে হলে আমার কয়টা কাজ লাগবে সবকিছুই আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করব এবং সবকিছুই আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করে পরিকল্পনা মাফিক এগিয়ে যাব। আমার প্রথমে প্লান আছে একটা সাদা কার্ড কেনা তারপরে আস্তে আস্তে অনেক কার বাড়ানো এবং আমার একটা এজেন্সি বা কোম্পানির গোলাকার রেন্টের এটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় যেটা আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করা হয়নি সেটা আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করছি কারণ কারেন্টের ব্যবসা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা ব্যাবি এবং অনেক টাকার একটা ব্যবসা। তাই অবশ্যই আপনাকে এই বিষয়টা মাথায় রাখতে হবে কখন কিভাবে কারের ব্যবসা শুরু করবেন এবং কিভাবে কারের ব্যবসা শুরু করি আপনি অনেক লাভবান হতে পারবেন সবকিছুই আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করতে হবে এবং সবকিছুই আপনাদের মাথায় রাখতে হবে এরা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় এবং যেটা খুব সুন্দর একটা বিষয় সবসময় আপনারা সেটা করতে পারবেন এবং সে অনুযায়ী বিজনেস প্লান করলে অনেক বড় সাকসেসফুল হতে পারবেন এবং অনেক টাকার মালিক হতে পারবেন। আমিও শুরু করতে চাই আমি প্রথমে ছোট পরিসরে শুরু করব তারপরে আস্তে আস্তে আমার প্রতিষ্ঠানকে বড় করব এটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় যেটা আপনারা হয়তো প্ল্যান করে রাখতে পারেন ভবিষ্যতে আপনাদের অনেক ব্যবসার প্লানে অনেক সুবিধা হতে পারে।
আজকে আমি যে সাদা কার্ডটি দেখাচ্ছি সে কি সাদা কার্ড কি আসলে আমার অনেক ভালো লেগেছে কারন সাদা কালারের গাড়ি আমার এমনিতে ভালো লাগে আর এটি একটি সাদা কার্ড তাই সাদা কানা আমার আসলে অনেক ভালো লেগেছে যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় এবং সেই বিষয়টি আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করার চেষ্টা করছি যা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এবং সুন্দর একটা মুহূর্ত এবং সুন্দর একটা বিষয় যেটা আপনাদের মাথায় রাখা উচিত এবং সেই বিষয়টা মাথায় রেখে এবং সেই বিষয়টা মাথায় রেখে বিজনেস প্লান আমি করছি। এবং এই কার্ডটা একাধারে থাকবে আমার শখের কারণে এবং একাধারে থাকলে আমার বিজনেস প্লানের একটি অংশ কারণ শখের বিষয়টাকে আমি বিজনেসে বিজনেসে রূপান্তর করতে চাই ভবিষ্যতে এবং আর একটা বিষয় আপনি মনে রাখবেন আপনি যে কাজটাই করেন না কেন সেই কাজটার মধ্যে যদি আপনি ভালবাসার শখ এই বিষয়গুলো না থাকে তাহলে আপনি সেই কাজে কখনই সাফল্য দেখতে পারবেন না বা সফলতার দিকে যেতে পারবেন না তাই যে কাজ করতে আপনার ভালো লাগে এবং যে কাজে আপনার সফলতা ইঙ্গিত দিবে সেই কারণেই করতে হবে। যদি সেরকম না হয় তাহলে পরবর্তীতে অনেক ক্ষতির সম্মুখীন হতে পারেন তাই অবশ্যই এমন কোন কাজ করা উচিত না যেটা আপনার ভালো লাগেনা তাই বিজনেস শুরুর আগেও আমি এই মডেলটা ফলো করি আমার যে কাজ ভালো লাগে সেই কাজের উপর পেজ করে আমি বিজনেস শুরু করার চেষ্টা করি। সবথেকে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় হচ্ছে আমাদের এই কাজটা সামলানো এবং এই কাজটা ছাড়লে এই কাজ করে যেটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটি বিষয় তাই অবশ্যই আপনাদের এই কথা মাথায় রাখতে হবে এই কথা মাথায় রেখে কাজ করতে হবে এটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা সুন্দর একটা বিষয়। অনেক কথা বলেছে অনেক দিক নির্দেশনা দিয়েছি আজ আর কথা বাড়াচ্ছে না ইনশাল্লাহ দেখা হবে আগামী কোন একদিন ইনশাল্লাহ।
