আজকে আমি আমার শাশুড়ি ক্ষেত সম্পর্কে জানাবো নতুন একটা শাশুড়ির কে তৈরি করেছি এখানে নতুন নতুন শাশুড়ি চাষ করি সেটা আপনাদেরকে দেখাবো অনেক উপর থেকে ছবি নিয়েছি সেই ছবি আশা করি আপনাদের অনেক ভালো লাগবে সেই ছবিগুলো আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করবেন আপনার থেকে দেখাবো যেটা আপনাকে অনেক ভালো লাগবে কারণ এটা নতুন নাঙ্গীকে সাজিয়েছি এখানে অনেক ছাত্র চাষ করেছি এটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয়। আমার শাকসবজি খেতে নিত্য নতুন শাকসবজি আমি চাষ করি তাই আপনাদের আমাদের শাশুড়ি ক্ষেতটা পরিদর্শন করে দেখাই এবং আপনাদের কেউ দেখায় এবং সম্পূর্ণ প্রসিডিউরটা আপনি কিভাবে করবেন সবকিছুই ব্যাখ্যা করি আজকের তার ব্যতিক্রম না আজকেও আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করব আমাদের ছাত্রদের ক্ষেতের বর্তমান অবস্থা কি এবং এখানে কি কি শাকসবজি আমরা ফলাতে পেরেছি এবং বর্তমানে সবকিছুই আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করব। আর এখানে আমি অনেক শাশুড়ি ফুল এসি এখানে ফুলকপি বাঁধাকপি থেকে শুরু করে পালং শাক বেগ ধনিয়া পাতা ইত্যাদি অনেক ছাত্রদের জমিয়ে তৈরি করেছি আমি এখানে লাউ তৈরি করেছি তাছাড়া কিভাবে কোন ছবির জন্য কোন মাটির প্রয়োজন কিভাবে সার প্রয়োগ করতে হবে কিভাবে পানি দিতে হবে সবকিছু আমি শেয়ার করি এবং অভিজ্ঞতার বর্ণনা করি এটাও তার ব্যতিক্রম না এখানে আপনাদের সাথে অভিজ্ঞতার বর্ণনা করবো যেটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় তাই আপনাদের সবাইকে প্রস্তুত থাকা নিজেই জানাচ্ছি কিভাবে অভিজ্ঞতার সম্মুখীন করব এবং কিভাবে কি করব সবকিছুই আপনাদের সাথে আলোচনা করা হবে। শাকসবজি খেতে কখন পানি দিতে হবে কখন সার প্রয়োগ করতে হবে কিভাবে প্রচলিত করতে হবে সবকিছুই আপনার সাথে শেয়ার করা হবে সবকিছু আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করে অভিজ্ঞতার বর্ণনা করা হবে। অভিজ্ঞতা বন্ধনের মধ্যে আমারও অনেক অভিজ্ঞতা আছে যেগুলো আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করা হয়নি সেগুলো শেয়ার করি এবং যেগুলো আমাদের বাগানে প্রত্যেকটা মাটি তৈরি করা থেকে শুরু করে বীর ববন থেকে শুরু করে ফসল বড় হওয়া থেকে শুরু করে সবকিছুই আপনাদের সাথে এর আগেও শেয়ার করেছি এটাও তার ব্যতিক্রম না এটাও সেই ধারাবাহিকতার সাপেক্ষে আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করছি কিভাবে উৎপাদন করে কিভাবে দ্রুত বড় করে এবং কিভাবে ফলন বৃদ্ধি করি সবকিছু আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করা হবে এবং সবকিছুই অভিজ্ঞতার বর্ণনা করা হবে আপনারা চাইলে আপনাদের কমেন্ট বক্সে আপনাদের অভিজ্ঞতার বর্ণনা আমার সাথে শেয়ার করতে পারেন এবং আপনাদের কোথায় সমস্যা হচ্ছে সেটা শেয়ার করতে পারেন এবং আমার কথায় সমস্যা আছে সেটা আমি শেয়ার করব এভাবে আমরা সাহায্যের মাধ্যমে একে অপরের আমাদের বৃদ্ধি করবে এবং ফল বেশি হবে সেটাই এবং সেটাই ফসলের ফলন বেশি হবে আশা করি ইনশাল্লাহ। এখানে বাদাম থেকে শুরু করে টমেটো থেকে শুরু করে পেঁয়াজ ফুলকপি মুলা ইত্যাদি বিভিন্ন শাকসবজি এখানে রোপন করেছি তার পাশে আমি ফুলের গাছ সহ রোপন করে দিয়েছি যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় দেখে বুঝে আপনার সবকিছু করতে পারবেন। আমার যে শাকসবজি গুলো খাওয়া লাগে রেগুলার সেগুলো আমি নিজেই চাষ করে কারণ এগুলো নিজে চাষ করার মধ্যে একটা আনন্দ আছে এবং নিজের চাষ করে নিজে খাওয়ার মধ্যে একটু অন্যরকম আনন্দ সেই আনন্দটা আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করার জন্য পোস্টটা করছি এবং সেটা আপনাদের সাথে ভাগাভাগি করে নিতে চাই যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় যেটা আপনাদের সাথে ভাগাভাগি করে নিতে চাই আমি আপনারা চাইলে আমার মত দেখা দেখি আমার দেখা দেখি চাষ করতে পারেন দেখো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয়। এখানে হাইব্রিড বেশি বিভিন্ন জাতের শাকসবজি চাষ করা হয়েছে তার পাশাপাশি এখানে আমি যে শাকসবজি গুলো পাই সেগুলো আমি নিজে খাই এবং অন্যদের মাঝে ছড়িয়ে দিই এবং অন্যদের মাঝে বিলিয়ে দিয়েছে যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটি বিষয়। এবং শাশুড়ির খেতে আমি দেশি অনেক শাশুড়ি চাষ করি যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় কারণ এটা অনেক সুন্দর এবং খুব সুশৃঙ্খলভাবে তৈরি করা হয় এবং এটি খুব ভালোভাবে শাকসবজি গ্রহণ করে এবং শাকসবজি খুব আমাদের সাথে পরিচিত লাভ করে এবং এগুলো খেতে দারুন লাগে। ছুটি চাষ করতে আসলে অনেক সুন্দর লাগে এবং আসলে অনেক ভালো লাগে যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয়।
আপনারা চাইলে শাকসবজি চাষ করতে পারেন কারণ আপনার শাকসবজি চাষ করলে অনেক লাভবান হতে পারবেন এবং বাজারের দল মুক্ত শাকসবজি খেতে পারবেন এবং সুন্দর সুশৃংখল সুন্দর শাকসবজি আপনি খেতে পারবেন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় বর্তমানে আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করা হয়নি কারণ এই শাকসবজের বাজার করলে হবে না এই শাকসবজি অনেক ন্যাচারাল এবং অনেক প্রাকৃতিক এবং সম্পূর্ণ ভেজাল মুখ আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করলাম এটা সম্পূর্ণ ভেজাল মুক্ত শাকসবজি। যে সব সহ্য আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করছিস গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এবং সেই শাকসবজি আপনারা খেতে পারবেন এবং অনেক পুষ্ট লাভবান হতে পারবেন যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় তাই আপনার সাথে আমাদের শাকসবজির নতুন যে প্লান্ট নতুন যে ক্ষেতের পরিচর্যা করে করি কিভাবে এখানে কি কি শাকসবজি চাষ করি কোন কোন টাইপ সব যেখানে চাষ হয় সম্পূর্ণ আপনাদের সাথে আলোচনা করা হবে যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটি বিষয় আপনারা খুব গুরুত্ব সহকারে সেটি শুনবেন। সেই সব ছবিগুলো আপনার খুব ভালোভাবে চাষ করতে পারবেন এবং ভালোভাবে খেতে পারবেন যেটা বাজারে কেনা শাকসবজি থেকে অনেক ভালো হবে এবং অনেক পুষ্টিগুণ সমৃদ্ধ হবে। টমেটো ছাড়া সঠিকভাবে তৈরি করতে হবে টমেটো ছাড়া শরীরের উপরে নির্ভর করে কতটা ভালো ভালো নামে তাই অবশ্যই তারা তাড়াতাড়ি সঠিকভাবে করা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটি বিষয় বর্তমানে বাংলাদেশ হয়ে উঠেছে তাই আপনারা সবাই টমেটো চাষ করার চেষ্টা করবেন। টমেটো বাংলাদেশের একটি ভুল প্রচলিত খাবার যা সালাত সহ বিভিন্ন তরকারিতে খাওয়া হয় এবং এছাড়াও প্রত্যেকটা অকেশনে খাবারের মধ্যে টমেটোর মেনু টা থাকে কারণ টমেটো প্রত্যেকেরই অনেক ফেভারিট একটা খাবারের মধ্যে পড়ে এবং ফেভারিট একটা সবজির মধ্যে টমেটো একটি। আলো বাতাস যত স্থানে চাষ করতে হয় যা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটি বিষয় চাষের পরে মাটি সমতল করে ১ মিটার চওড়া করে বানাতে হয় যা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় খুব বেশি লম্বা না করে নিয়ম মত বের করতে হবে। ভালো মানে তারা নির্বাচন করা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটি বিষয় চালান নির্বাচন যদি ভালো না হয় নির্বাচন করতে ভালো হবে যাতে টমেটোর চারা নির্বাচনে ক্ষেত্রে কোন প্রকার অসুবিধা না হয়। শুকনো মাটিতে বীজ বললে এসে দেওয়া উচিত নয় কারণ শুকনা মাটি যেতে পারে তাই শুকনা মাটিতে শেষ দেওয়া উচিত নয় আর সকল সুপরিকরনের মাফির চেয়ে ছোট সকল কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করতে হবে প্রয়োজনে কিসে কর্মকর্তার সাথে আলোচনা করে পরামর্শ নিয়ে ফসল চাষ শুরু করতে হবে দেখো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটি বিষয় আমরা অনেকেই মাথায় রাখি না। জুলাই মাস থেকে সেপ্টেম্বর মাসের টমেটো আগাম ঈদের বোনাস উপযুক্ত হয় এছাড়াও আজ মৌসুমী যাতে সেপ্টেম্বর থেকে অক্টোবর মাস প্রত্যেকটা জায়গাতে অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করতে হয় তাই অবশ্যই আপনি নিজেকে খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সরকারি দেখবেন।বিভিন্ন জাতের ক্ষেত্রে সময়ে হল জানুয়ারি মাস জানুয়ারি মাসের সঙ্গে খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা মাস টমেটো চাষের সফলভাবে অবশ্যই সংশোধন করে নিতে হবে না হলে বীজ বপন ভালো হবে না এবং ফসল উৎপাদন ভালো হবে না তা অবশ্যই আপনাকে বিশ বপন এবং মাটি তৈরি বিভিন্ন প্রক্রিয়া যেগুলো আছে সেগুলো অবশ্যই আপনাকে আগে থেকে প্রস্তুত করে রাখতে হবে বীরভূমের আগে প্রয়োজন মতো পানিতে ভিজিয়ে রাখতে হবে নির্দিষ্ট পরিমাণে কোন সমস্যা না হয় এবং সঠিক পরিকল্পনা মাফিক সব কিছু করতে হবে। ধরনের রোগ থেকে প্রকার পেতে পারে বিস্তর মাটির চাষ দিয়ে তাদের জৈব সার মিশিয়ে পলিথিন দিয়ে দু সপ্তাহ ভালো করে ডেকে দিলে সূর্যের তাপে মাটিতে থাকা অনেক জীবাণু মরে যায় এবং পিস্তলের মাটির শোধন হয় এই সকল পরিস্থিতি সম্পন্ন হয় মোকাবেলা করে চাষ শুরু করতে হবে যা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয়। সময় না থাকলে পিছ তোলা মাটির উপরে খুব ভালোভাবে গঠনভাবে কাঠের গুড়া মিশিয়ে নিতে হবে আগুন দিয়েছে তাপের রোগ জীবাণু নষ্ট হয় এবং সম্ভব হলে বীজতলায় ভোরের আগে অংকুর দম পরীক্ষা করা উচিত এবং বিজটা তারা গদাতে মিনিমাম ১৫ থেকে ১৬ দিন লাগে এবং অতিরিক্ত বৃষ্টিও তাহলে রক্ষা করতেছেন এবং বিভিন্ন ধরনের ঢেকে রাখতে হবে এবং সঠিক পরিকল্পনা মাপের চাষ না করলে দেখা যাচ্ছে যে আপনার সমস্যা হতে পারে এবং ফসলের ক্ষতি সম্বোধন হতে পারে। কারণ এটি খুব সুন্দর শাকসবজি যেটা আপনার আগে দেখেন নাই আমি হান্ডেট পার্সেন্ট বলে দিতে পারি কারণ এটি খুব ভালো একটি শাকসবজি আপনার এখান থেকে পাবেন খুব ভালো একটা আউটপুট পাবেন সেজন্য আপনাদেরকে বারবার আমি সাজেস্ট করছি আপনারা যেন এই শাকসবজি গুলো চাষ করেন এবং খান। এখানে যে সব সুবিধা হবে সেটি একদম বিশ্ব বিখ্যাত সেই তার মত অন্য শাকসবজি আর পাবেন না আপনি যেটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় যেটা আপনাকে মাথায় রাখতে হবে তাই অবশ্যই সেই শাকসবজি আপনি খাওয়ার চেষ্টা করবেন।
