What is the shame?
Shame is a condition that comes in human life when one is not ready to face the consequences of one's decisions or actions. It is an emotion that often manifests in the form of grief, shame or hatred. Shame does not only mean making a mistake, but also getting away from one's own self or going away from one's original purpose.
Humiliation often occurs when a person takes his decisions without thinking. For example, if a person takes decisions only out of selfishness and does not care about the feelings of others, then the result comes out in the form of humiliation. This is such a condition which affects not only oneself but also the people around him. Humiliation is often a wrong estimation of importance or an emotional decision.
The biggest loss of oppression is the loss of human dignity and self-independence. When a person walks on the wrong path as a result of his decisions, he loses his identity and faith in himself. This is such a period which pushes a person into even more loneliness and shame.
The solution lies in understanding your decisions and improving them. Every mistake gives an opportunity to learn, but it is important that a person takes advantage of that opportunity. To get out of shame, it is important to first accept your mistake. Those who think about their actions and try to improve them can avoid shame.
Every person faces humiliation at some point in life, but the real thing is what he learns from it. Humiliation can be a temporary issue, but its effect can last a lifetime. That is why it is important that we remain cautious and responsible in our life decisions.
