Agar aapke paas time kam hai aur aapko kuch tasty aur filling chahiye, to instant noodles perfect hain! Isko banane mein sirf kuch seconds lagte hain aur aap isay apni pasand ke flavors ke saath customize bhi kar sakte hain. Chalain, shuru karte hain!
1 packet instant noodles (apni pasand ka flavor)
1-2 cups pani (noodles ke liye)
1 chhoti piyaz (bareek kati hui, optional)
1/2 gajar (julienne ya bareek kati hui, optional)
1/2 cup hari sabziyan (jaise shimla mirch, hari mirch ya hari piyaz)
1 anday ka Anda (optional, extra protein ke liye)
1 teaspoon soya sauce (optional, zyada flavor ke liye)
Mirch aur masala apni pasand ka
Ek chhoti pateeli ya sauce pan mein pani garam karain. Pani ubalne lagay to apne noodles ka masala packet khol kar side par rakh dain.
Jab pani ubalne lage, to noodles ko tootay bagair pani mein dalain. Isay halkay haath se mix karain takay sab noodles pani mein achi tarah gal jayein.
Agar aap extra flavor aur nutrition chahte hain, to is stage par bareek kati hui sabziyan dalain. Gajar, piyaz, aur shimla mirch bohot acha flavor deti hain. 1-2 minutes ke liye sab kuch pakain.
Anda tod kar noodles ke upar dalain aur halki aanch par mix karain. Anda noodles ke saath creamy aur flavorful ho jata hai.

Chilli and masala of your choice
Heat the water in a small pan or sauce. When the water starts boiling, open your noodles masala packet and keep it aside.
When the water starts boiling, add the noodles to the water without breaking them. Mix lightly with your hands till all the noodles dissolve well in the water.
If you want extra flavour and nutrition, add finely chopped vegetables at this stage. Carrot, onion and shimla chilli give a very good flavour. Cook everything for 1-2 minutes.
Break the egg and add it over the noodles and mix lightly. Egg becomes creamy and flavourful with the noodles.
Add the masala packet that was with the noodles to the water and mix well. If you want, add soya sauce or chilli at this stage.
Within 2-3 minutes the noodles will be hot and ready. Check once whether the water is less or more as per your preference.
Take out the noodles in a bowl, garnish with some green onions or chillies on top, and serve it hot.
If you like it spicy then add red chilli or hot sauce.
Cheese lovers can give a different touch to their noodles by sprinkling grated cheese on it.
Add boiled chicken or mushrooms to make it more healthy.
