The story of the taste and preparation of Patisapata Pitha
Today's Patisapta Pitha is made with 2 eggs and flour, which adds a unique flavor. Usually Patisapat is made with semolina or coconut filling, but this special combination of egg and flour brings something new. The egg layer sits nicely on each layer, which is clearly visible in the slices.
Preparation Method: First, a soft batter is made by mixing flour and water, then it is spread thinly in a hot pan and a layer of egg is placed inside it. The outside of the pita is beautifully golden in color, highlighting its crisp and soft texture.
Taste and Experience: This pita is soft to eat, mildly sweet and rich in protein due to the egg. It can be a great choice for breakfast or afternoon snack. With a little jaggery or honey, its taste will increase many times!
