Hello friends,
As far as fruitiness goes, the guava is one of the few fruits that comes close. Because of its incredibly sweet flavour and high nutrient content, the tropical staple is difficult to dislike.
What exactly is a guava, and what are some of the things that you can do with it?
This fruit, which is spherical in shape and contains seeds that can be eaten, is produced by the Psidium guajava tree, which belongs to the family of plants known as myrtle.
When it is fully ripe, a guava has a pungent, sweet, and musty aroma.
The guava, which most likely originated in southern Mexico, has been dispersed throughout continents for such a long time that nobody is absolutely sure when the first guavas were cultivated.
To put that into perspective, the guava fruit is now widely available in tropical regions all over the world.
