Many people do not appreciate their country, the local or national beauties, the mountains that touch the sky, the culture, the tradition ... that makes me think they do not care about the past that remains history, the people who built the country, the rivers that have flowed with blood. That's why I say and I repeat: I am proud of my country, Romania, the place where my heart will always stay home.

These days we visited the beautiful land called Deva. A place with history, a wonderful fortress that gives you the feeling that you travel in time, great landscapes, fresh air and traces of history that feel like you live that day. Every minute spent here makes you regret nothing.

It was assumed that the name Deva is related to the ancient word if it was "fortress". Even in ancient times the city was known for commerce, crafts and knights who protect the city.
The first documentary attestation of the city of Deva dates back to 1269, being maintained by the Latin words of Dewa.

I can not describe in words what I see here. It seems like life is different, it makes you think how many things happened in this fortress.

On every street in town we can see and find out something. Decebal was the king of Dacia between the years 85-106. His statue is celebrated in the center of the city being a special attraction worth seeing.

There is much to say. Words can not describe reality. I hope you can ever admire the beauty of the city on the top of the fortress and think about everything that has happened here, think about how much life can offer us, and last but not least, be proud of your country because there is a lot of blood like us we can enjoy it...

Wherever you are, do not forget who you are. Love your country and love other countries, which in turn have their stunning beauties and stories, legends and history that waiting to be discovered ...
