Unidentified lens

These photos are taken with a neutral grey filter and a lens of unknown origin.
I bought it a long time ago at a second hand shop. For about $20-$50
It doesn't have any markings on it. But its aperture has about 20 blades. The focal length corresponds to about 135-150mm.

I can assume that the optical part of this lens was used for shooting on film with a technical cinema camera. Possible aerial film shooting for military or geological purposes.
I don't know, the labelling is completely missing.

I like the soft "film" effect in the photo, the colour transfer, the character of the background blur. I will now use it more actively to fully understand its capabilities.
