Today, I woke up at 4:00 PM and started my day with some breathing exercises, prayer and a nutritious breakfast. Afterwards, I headed to university for my classes and worked on my assignments. After a productive day, I unwound with a relaxing evening chat with my brother and cousins.
In my free time, I enjoy gardening, exploring new things, and drawing - these hobbies bring me joy and help me recharge. My personal goal is to become a renowned physiotherapist, and I'm committed to preparing for my tests and exams.
I've also started taking daily walks, aiming for 30 minutes each day, beginning from yesterday.
In addition to my studies and hobbies, I make it a point to connect with my loved ones. Every night, I chat with Abbo (my family member) and share about my day. Before bed, I dedicate time to studying and preparing for my physiotherapy career.
To ensure a balanced lifestyle, I strive to maintain this daily routine, making adjustments as needed. By prioritizing my well-being, relationships, and education, I'm working towards achieving my goals and becoming the best version of myself.
