Greetings to all my blurt fellows and family. I hope you are enjoying your life warmly and doing your work heartedly.
Yesterday i saw my friends are just talking about backbiting that spread in our society. It is the bitter reality of our society that backbiting become so common and people think this is not sin. In fact my some fellow always say that its just a discussion not back biting. Some people don't know the actual meaning of back biting as back biting is to speak some negative words behind some one. It may be some rumours and some negative aspects that can hurt emotionally. In our society back biting now a days become common and it is the basic reason of trust issues and failure of many relationships.
As i believe that a healthy relationship can grow if you trust your partner and can go through open communication. But now i have seen in many relation around myself that two partners don't communicate openly and as the lose the beauty of their relationship.
Whenever i saw such a relations i become exhausted. Such relations always give negative aspect to society. When people speak ill behind other it create a passage of distrust as a result communication has stopped and conflicts can't be solved.
On public of working place like department, backbiting damage the reputation of colleagues and sometime it become a source of depression for someone but we don't care about it. The person who is directly effected by it may lose its self esteemed and confidence. It effect its self confidence , persons integrity and mental, physical health.
Moreover if i discuss about effect of backbiting on institute is that due to this the morale and productivity of an institute has been decrease because it create some suffocated environment. People will busy in gossip and open close door of each other. It become toxic , distrust and resentment. In every department team work is base of success but due to this it lacks and employee prioritize self preservation and lead to decrease production of goods and innovation.
Moreover i observe the one most important effect in society that when people involve in it the give priority to themselves and their personal gain as a result collective work has been demolished. It create a subject of selfishness in society. Communities become frustrated, they lack cooperation and solidarity.
It not only corrodes the fabric of society strength but also reinforce the injustice in society. Everyone think that he is victim and want justice. It is the major drawback of our community.
It cause social fragmentation and erodes the foundation of healthy community. As i talk out about relationship, it is slow poison for them. But now people justify this sin as true by discussion. But actually it kill the morals of our nation. As we know Islam also ban backbiting because if destroy all healthy moral aspect of our generation.
We built inclusive ,tough,compatible community for future.
