Greetings to all my blurt family and friends!!
I hope you are in your good health and enjoy your life peacefully. Yesterday i made coffee when i was tired due to household chores so to make my self relax i made coffee then suddenly i think that i should share some points about coffee with you.
Coffee is not a fruit or vegetable, its just a seed. Its grind to make some delicious thing. Today all over the world where water and tea is used as beverage now coffee is also. Somewhere it used in cold taste and in winter as hot.
There are four types of coffee america, Robust, excelsa, and liberica. They are just taste profile.

Coffee grow on shrubs and produce a fruit called coffee cherries. They are in red color. They taste of seeds is very bitter.
Benefits:
Boost energy system because it contain caffeine that enhance the nervous system.
It lower risk of diabetes 2 by increase activity of beta cells of pancreas.
Protect brain from different diseases like alzehimer disease.
Maintain fat in body and help to loss weight.
It lower risk of depression.
Protect from liver disease by fat management.
Disadvantages;
It can cause insomnia,heart stroke in high blood pressure patients and increase heart rhythm.
The most expensive coffee in this world is kopi luwak. It is prepared by fermentation through cat. Cat eat the seeds and through its feces we get our coffee mixture. It is prepared in Indonesia. It also called Toddy cat poop coffee.

I love the taste of classic coffee because when i made it without use of any grinder its taste is unpredictable and delicious. It help me to release my all stress.
First i take some seed of coffee and few drops of hot milk then mix it until it become a paste then a add hot milk to it so coffee is prepared some time i used some cream to decorate it.
