Today I Mastered the Art of Homemade Fries : Fries Adventure

Greetings blurt family and friends!!!!!
I hope you all will be in good health and enjoying your life . I am also good by the grace of Allah Almighty.

What would you like to take in rainy season ? How do you enjoy rainy day ? Would you like the rainy day ??

Today the weather is very cloudy . The sun comes out in the afternoon and rain starts in the evening . This season has been going on from a few days . It was raining today . I thought to enjoy the weather .

That's why I moved towards the kitchen . As I stood in my kitchen , I was thinking what to cook . Then my eyes fell upon a bag of potatoes sitting on the countertop . Suddenly, it hit me and I thought why not make fries . That means not just any fries , it means homemade fries . Fries that are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and bursting with flavour feels so mouthwatering and yummy . Thus I began my journey into the world of potato fries .

Preparation :
First of all , I gathered the ingredients of fries . I checked Potatoes , spices , and oil . Then I began the process . I washed the potatoes and then peeled them with care . Then I sliced the potatoes into proper shape that is like a finger with a steady hand and sharp knife . I endured that each fry would cook evenly . Some people got a cut while slicing potatoes . So , I always ensure the proper care while cutting potatoes .

Spices :
Everyone use different method to prepare fries .Some people don't like to add more spices in fries . They simply add a little bit of salt in potatoes and then fry it . But I like to add a red chilli powder , salt , cumin and a pinch of turmeric . These spices gives so delicious flavour in fries .
After cutting the potatoes , I sprinkle these spices and gram flour in potatoes . Then I mixed them well .

Cooking :
Next came the cooking process . I heated the adequate amount of oil in frypan and bringing it to the perfect temperature for frying . Then I dropped a handful of potato slices in oil . Then I watched them eagerly awaiting when they would turn golden brown and crispy . With a spoon , I gently flipped the fries to make sure that each side would equally turn golden brown .

Seasoning :
As fries were diving into the oil , I was eagerly waiting for their final touch . Once the fries cooked to perfection , the time for seasoning were come . After putting them in plate , I sprinkled them with a adequate amount of chaat Masala . And ensuring that each fry was perfectly seasoned . Now fries were ready for enjoying .

One more interesting thing is that my mom also cooked rice in afternoon . You know what I like the combo of rice and fries . Have you ever tried this combo of rice and fries ??? If yes then tell me in comments .

Conclusion :
As I sat down to enjoy my fries , I feel a sense of pride . Homemade fries are more than just a snack. You should also try this to feel the satisfaction and testament of joy that I felt .
