- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Follow these simple steps
- take cucumbers and cut them into thin slices using a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer.
- in a mixing bowl combine soy sauce rice vinegar sesame oil sugar minced garlic sesame seeds and red pepper flakes Stir well to dissolve the sugar.
- add the cucumber slices to the bowl and toss them with the dressing until evenly coated.
- season the cucumber salad with salt to taste.
