- 2 anf fourth cups all purpose flour
- half cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- half teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Follow these easy steps to create your own delicious donuts:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl whisk together milk eggs melted butter and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Do not overmix.
- Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each mold about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the donuts are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the donuts to cool before glazing or decorating as desired.
