Mango Sticky Rice Recipe

Ingredients to be added
- 1 cup rice
- 1 half cups water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 forth cup sugar
- half teaspoon salt
- 2 ripe mangoes
Instructions must be followed
- Steam the rice over boiling water for 25 30 minutes, or until tender.
- While the rice is steaming combine the coconut milk sugar and salt in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved then remove from heat.
- Once the rice is cooked transfer it to a large bowl and pour third forth of the coconut milk mixture over it. Stir well to combine and let it sit for 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- To serve place a portion of the sticky rice on a plate top with slices of fresh mango and drizzle with the remaining coconut milk mixture.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
