- half cup beef or vegetable broth

follow these simple steps
- In a large mixing bowl combine flour and salt
- add cubed butter to the flour mixture and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to mix until it resembles coarse crumbs
- a cold water gradually a little at a time and mix until the dough comes together.
- make the shape of the dough into a ball wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- heat olive oil over medium heat.
- add onion and garlic to the cook until softened.
- add diced carrot and celery to the skillet and cook until tender.
