  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato thinly sliced
  • half cucumber sliced
  • one forth cup sliced red onion
  • one forth cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • one forth cup ranch dressing or your favorite sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

steps to be followed

follow these simple steps

  1. marinate the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. heat any oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium high heat.
  3. add the chicken breasts to the pan and cook for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until cooked through
  4. remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it
  5. warm the tortillas or wraps in the microwave for a few seconds.
