Muffins Recipe
Make delicious and fluffy muffins at home with this simple recipe. Perfect for breakfast snacks or dessert
Ingredients to be used
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- half cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- half teaspoon salt
- half cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mix in chocolate chips blueberries nuts
Instructions must be followed
- Preheat your oven to 375 f and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
- In a large bowl whisk together the flour sugar baking powder and salt.
- In another bowl beat the eggs and then add the vegetable oil milk and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix the batter should be slightly lumpy.
- Fold in your chosen mix in if using.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin filling each cup about two third full.
- Bake for 18 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
