Chicken Bread Rolls Recipe

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- half cup mixed vegetables finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- half teaspoon turmeric powder
- half teaspoon garam masala
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 6 slices of sandwich bread crusts removed
- Water
- Oil for frying

- In a pan vegetable oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion minced garlic and ginger paste. Saute until onions are soft and translucent.
- Add mixed vegetables to the pan and cook until they are slightly tender.
- Add shredded chicken cumin powder turmeric powder garam masala salt and pepper. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes until the chicken is heated through and the flavors are well combined.
- Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Take a slice of sandwich bread and flatten it with a rolling pin.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of the flattened bread slice.
- Roll the bread slice tightly around the filling sealing the edges with a little water.
- Repeat the process with the remaining bread slices and chicken mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Carefully add the chicken bread rolls to the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove the rolls from the oil and drain them on a paper towel lined plate to remove excess oil.
- Serve the chicken bread rolls hot with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
