Homemade Ramen Recipe

Ingredients to be added
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 package ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped spinach or bok choy
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1 soft boiled egg
Instructions needed to be followed
- In a large pot heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the grated ginger and minced garlic and saute for 1 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 3 4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and water. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in the soy sauce and miso paste Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the ramen noodles to the pot and cook according to the package instructions
- During the last minute of cooking, add the chopped spinach or bok choy.
- Ladle the ramen into bowls and top with sliced green onions and a soft boiled egg.
