Homemade Waffles Recipe

Ingredients to be used
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- half teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 third-forth cups milk
- half cup vegetable oil or melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions to be followed
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour sugar baking powder and salt.
- In another bowl beat the eggs and then add the milk vegetable oil or melted butter and vanilla extract Mix well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix it is okay if the batter is a little lumpy.
- Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturers instructions.
- Lightly grease the waffle iron with cooking spray or a brush of oil.
- Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron using a ladle or measuring cup to ensure even distribution. Close the lid and cook until the waffles are golden brown and crispy usually about 3 5 minutes.
- Carefully remove the waffles and serve immediately with your favorite toppings like syrup fresh fruit or whipped cream.
